Room is spacious with a shared corridor as balcony. Everything is clean. Only the tiles on the toilet are a little rundown, but it wasn't an issue as you can wear slippers. Recommended to rent a scooter as the location is a little deep in the neighbourhood, but plenty of food options on the main road.
Good service from the groundsmen. Whatever you need, they'll provide it for you as best as they could.

Pros.
Very friendly staff.
They park their bikes overnight on the premises, and are not too lazy to roll them up and roll them out in the morning. There is a shared refrigerator.
Nice view from the balcony, but unfortunately it is common.
Relatively quiet, the staff makes sure that no one makes noise at night.
Minuses.
Very small cramped room, clean to sleep and go.
Old, rather shabby furniture.
The filters in the air conditioner are tightly clogged with dust.

Everything was really perfect 😍 The room was big and clean The owner was very kind and nice!! He is the best!! Thanks to him I tried so many different balinese dishes and I saw a lot of places!! I really suggest this place
