I stayed in this villa for 5 nights and it was dirty with very bad staff. It was very uncomfortable because there were a lot of rats running around at night. They didn't care about the room and said no when I tried to cancel my reservation. Very dirty hotel!!!

Clean and everything was great! We even extended our stay!

Цена-качество, больше нечего сказать.. наверное когда-то эта вилла считалась роскошной,но на нынешнее время ничего не обычного. Все необходимое есть и не более. Хорошая и удобная кровать с хорошим постельным белье, хорошая и просторная ванная, кухня на летней веранде и бассейн. Место как для ночлега,когда весь день вы где-то гуляете подходит на ура, т.к рядом есть много куда сходить!

We stayed here for a whole week during our Bali trip and really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the villa itself is beautiful. It’s close to the centre of Ubud, just a few minutes away by Gojek. We loved that it was peaceful and away from the noise, while still being close enough to get into the centre whenever we wanted. There are also a couple of nice restaurants nearby, so if you don’t feel like going into the centre for dinner, there are still some great options close by. The only small downside was that the water pressure in the shower could have been better, but it was a minor issue and didn’t really affect our stay. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Ubud and explore the area!

We stayed at Kamajaya Villas in Ubud for our honeymoon and overall had a very pleasant experience. The villa was clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. The private pool and bathtub were in excellent condition and cleaned daily, which really added to the feeling of relaxation and privacy. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. Every day they politely asked what time would be convenient to clean the villa, which we really appreciated. The housekeeping was well organized, the linens were clean, and everything was taken care of properly. There is also an affordable laundry service available at the villa, which was very convenient during a longer stay. The villa is well equipped for cooking, with kitchen utensils and a spacious refrigerator available. However, ingredients such as salt, oil, and groceries need to be purchased separately. Please note that the supermarket is not within walking distance, so transportation costs should be considered. A round trip to the supermarket costs around 100,000 IDR, and traveling to the beach or coastal areas can cost approximately 300,000 IDR one way. Transportation costs in Bali can therefore add up quickly, sometimes reaching around €50 per day. The location is in Ubud, with many nice places to visit nearby. Taxi availability is good, although food delivery services like Grab can be a bit difficult at this location. The area itself is quiet and safe, which was exactly what we were looking for to rest and unwind, although the immediate surroundings are not very lively. About 2 kilometers away, there are more interesting areas with more activity. One minor downside was that we experienced a lack of hot water a few times (around 3 times during a 10-day stay). While this is not a major issue in a warm climate, warm water would be appreciated when using the bathtub. Overall, Kamajaya Villas is a clean, safe, and well-maintained place with very friendly and attentive staff. It is an excellent choice for couples looking for privacy, relaxation, and good service in Ubud. We specifically chose this location to rest, and it fully met our expectations.

We had an amazing stay at this villa. The private pool, peaceful surroundings, and beautifully designed space made it a perfect place to relax. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure we were comfortable. The location is quiet and serene, yet still convenient to reach near by Ubud attractions. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay — we would definitely return!

We had a wonderful stay at Kamajaya Villa. The one-bedroom private pool villa was beautiful, comfortable, and well maintained. The facilities were very good, and everything we needed for a relaxing stay was provided. The price was reasonable and offered great value for the experience. Another big plus was the location—many tourist attractions were close by and easy to reach. Overall, a peaceful and beautiful place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it.

It’s the worst place I’ve ever ever been. The photos are 10 years old, the people are depressed, the bathroom is disgusting, the Photos are inaccurate. Don’t come here 🤦‍♂️

Stayed here during our honeymoon, the place looks amazing and we had a fantastic time. The staff were also incredibly nice. There is an open concept on the bottom floor which lets you see birds flying in and out (never stayed inside) which made our relaxing time at the villa that much better. I highly recommend Kamajaya Villas!

Worst accommodation ever . We informed Kamajaya prior, of our arrival in March 2024 at 12 am . Upon arrival with our daughters at 12 am we were disgusted at the rooms and entire property . Sheets in both rooms were soiled and stained with brown and yellow stains . Bathrooms downstairs were stinking and with cob webs with hair stands . The floors had stained and had not been cleaned. The bathroom upstairs were filthy with soap scum and rust all over the bathroom and we did not even shower after our long flight. Forced to stay the night( as kamajya does not have 24 hour service we could not ask anyone to change our sheets or accommodation to another villa) we attempted to contact the management several times in the morning with no response . Front desk that opened at 9.30 am said they can’t help we have to contact property manager directly . Over the next 4 days neither *********** nor us had any response form Kamajaya to our calls or messages . We were about to return to property to speak to someone in person (instead of enjoying our holiday we were chasing Kamajaya ) for a refund, when we stumbled upon a WhatsApp chat to which they eventually responded . After all the chasing they refunded the money for nights we did not stay at Kamajaya , however refused to refund for the night we were compelled to stay there . Very very pathetic and poor service and response rate .
