Absolutely loved this villa and wound definitely stay again. So spacious and excellent location. Walking distance to the main streets of Seminyak. The staff were so accommodating breakfast was amazing aswell. Highly recommend!!

The villa is clean and tidy. Got own pool but the water is cold for a dip. The shower is outside nearby the pool which is convenient and around the garden area to take hot shower first before swimming in the pool. The staffs are nice,kind, helpful with attention to details. We received a refreshing welcome drink which is good. The room service foods are delicious and in Kavana Bar. We availed the floating breakfast and the pool decor for my birthday and it was amazing. The staffs even surprised me with a birthday cake and a song. I am very pleased and the memories are precious staying in this villa. It is also serene and can help relax the tired mind and body in the pool. The bath tub is with bath foam nearby too for a bubble bath. The location is great as it is walking distance to seminyak square and seminyak village and got lots of shops nearby, walking distance to Hotel mexicola, petitenget beach and all the beach clubs around the area.

Read the reviews before coming. They were negative. So I was a bit worried. It was actually very very good. No mosquito's. Relaxing You hear a few horns here and there nothing too much it's awesome. Good sleep safe comfy. Reviews weren't true. Staff very nice

No problems with the villa, I’d love to come with my family and friends next time and have them across the hallway. If a group stays and we can all hang out it would be even better. C trip wouldn’t let me upgrade to breakfast, I heard it was pretty good.

Love this villa! It was hard to leave & hope we have the opportunity to come back & stay here again. We were warmly welcomed with a beautifully decorated room. The room is clean & the private pool is lovely. Great location, very close to the shopping areas. Breakfast was great & served in the villa. The staff are very friendly. The hotel was unable to accede to our request for late check-out but the receptionist on duty took the extra mile to switch on the aircon at their restaurant & let us stay there while waiting for our airport transfer. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

Great location and friendly desk staff who were attentive to our needs, especially luggage storage and breakfast selection. It is walking distance to seminyak square, where lots of cafes and shops are and the nearest beach is within 10mins of walking. Definitely a good choice to stay when in seminyak.

Good location

Rented a villa for 5 nights, everything is great, clean and tidy. Service is at a high level. There is a restaurant on the territory, food can be ordered to the villa, everything is prompt, and most importantly delicious. Daily cleaning, change of towels + cleaning of the pool. Opposite there are 2 minimarkets, which is very convenient. After the stay, only pleasant memories and impressions remained.

Located in the heart of Seminyak, best accessibility, best value for money (very), operates a hotel restaurant, so the food is delicious (including breakfast) and the room service is also very good. Seminyak Square, massage shops, marts, and many famous restaurants are located near the villa, and you can get there in 5 minutes on foot. The best convenience!!! The friendly and kind staff are so great. I was really satisfied after staying for 16 consecutive days. Things I was worried about when booking my stay - 1. Shower filter There was no shower in the bathroom shower booth, only a sunflower faucet. I bought a cheap sunflower faucet filter and brought it with me, asked the hotel staff to install it, and used it well during my stay (I couldn't install it myself because the specifications didn't match, and I was about to give up, but when I asked the staff, the technician took it apart himself and connected it after about an hour. I was really sorry and grateful.) The shower faucet was connected to the bathtub, so I connected the Daiso shower filter I brought and used it. 2. Bali rainy season mosquito countermeasures The hotel provides mosquito repellent (sophel) to spray on your body, mosquito repellent with smoke, and efquila to spray. However, since there are so many mosquitoes, it would be a good idea to prepare an electronic mosquito repellent and use it in the room. 3. Noise I requested a villa on the opposite side of the main road because the villa was said to be noisy. However, there was still noise because of the construction sites nearby. I think I will have to give up on quietness in Seminyak. Haha

The place is okay and spacious Too bad it can't be for families, because 1 person is charged 350 thousand for additional. It really drains the money, it's better to stay at a hotel. I was so disappointed that I checked out at 12.00 midnight to move to a hotel that could accommodate children at an expensive price, I had paid in full but it was like being spied on, I was called to the room to ask for an additional fee of 350 thousand / child with breakfast of 500 thousand. It would be better to stay at a hotel, I could get 2 rooms and get 4 breakfasts. Really regret it!! What's the point of a big villa, the regulation is only for a maximum of 2 people, more than that you'll be charged, Very unclear management!!! It's useless to have a nice and spacious place if the customer feels uncomfortable because this was not made clear at the beginning,

The location is great. The beach, food, and shopping are all within walking distance for exploring Seminyak! The room was spacious and we had plenty of room even with our luggage. The pool and rooms are clean! It was nice to be able to eat breakfast in our room. If I had to say one thing, I wish it had a washing machine!

Of the four hotels in Goa, this villa was the best. Excellent privacy, great private pool. Fridge / air conditioning and fan / Wi-Fi. Furniture is a bit tired and the floor is slippery. The beach is about 15 minutes walk away. Not far from the central streets with cafes and restaurants. Breakfast in the room - varied and very plentiful. The service is excellent. Not far from the supermarket and wine shop - in Bali these are different options, including in price. Survived a 4.8 earthquake in the room ... nothing fell apart, but the water from the pool overflowed the banks. You can order food delivery from any restaurant. Fast and cheap. Thank you for the hotel. I recommend it to everyone

Best value for money pool villa in the middle of Seminyak It's a bit old, but it's not a problem at all to stay in. The grass is thicker than expected and deep enough for adults to play. enough
