Amazing place for staycation - ideal location in Denparsar and full suite of amenities for family /couple Love the Japanese architect which is a surprisingly nice mix with Balinese ambience

It was a wonderful and comfortable choice to stay at the Hyatt! It’s huge and it has everything you need inside, gym, spa, many pools, sauna/steam room, jacuzzi, restaurants! Private seats at the beach, lots of recreational areas. It’s also connected to all the restaurants outside the hotel that you can find walking from the beach! It was outstanding. The staff is extremely kind and helpful! There’s no other place that I would stay if I ever go to Bali again. I recommend it completely. It’s a paradise.

My room was a spacious enclave with a plush king-sized bed, a sleek modern bathroom, and a private balcony that offered a serene garden view, inviting me to unwind in the tranquility of nature. Dining at the hotel was an experience in itself. The breakfast buffet was a spread of international and local delicacies, each dish prepared with the freshest ingredients. The beachfront restaurant served up exquisite seafood, while the Italian pizzeria was perfect for a casual yet delicious meal. The hotel’s grounds were immaculate, with lush tropical gardens that meandered towards the private beach, a slice of paradise with soft white sand and gentle waves. The three outdoor pools were a refreshing escape, each with its own unique charm and view. The staff at Hyatt Regency Bali were the epitome of Balinese hospitality, always attentive and eager to ensure my stay was nothing short of perfect. The spa services were a highlight, offering a sublime retreat with treatments that rejuvenated both body and mind. Very quiet environment... Enjoyed a few kilometers of beach front walking/cycling track. So many selections of declicious food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Enjoyed delicious seafood and fire wood pizza at Pizzaria. Very good service!

It was a wonderful stay. The room is clean and spacious. However, the aircon is a little noisy.

I must rate the amenities with 3 stars because of the ongoing WiFi complications and the limited bandwidth. The infrastructure is in place, yet improvements are necessary.

It wasn't that great experience for me As I compare with any other hotel in bali which is much cheaper than this was greater customer service They weren't too bad but just normal My check-in was pretty late than I expected ( 3pm ) said the room wasn't be ready yet so i had to wait for more 30 mins at the lobby ( no air conditioning ) and finally could get in about 3.35 ish I was melting but looks like I should understand that situation noone look feel sorry at all Swimming pool is OK but nothing was special

Great stay! Hyatt never dusappoints. The hotel is about 30mins drive from airport. During check waited quite a bit for the room to get ready, and rhe front desk staff couldn't give an estimate, instead just asked to wait for their whatsapp notification. It was very hot in the afternoon so i waited in front of the reception. Someone from guest relations then appeared, provided an upgrade to a room that's available. Appreciate the gesture. Restaurants are absolutely amazing. Chefs at Omang Omang know how to use fire well, had nasi goreng and the wok hey was superb. Prawn cracker is flavourful, goes very well w the chill sauce accompanied. Ice tea a bit too sweet to my liking, dessert was great tho, the coconut flavoured crisps taste so gooood. Pizzaria offers great pizza and pasta, you can enjoy the sea view as it's right in front of the beach. There's live band during dinner time. Overall great stay and would love to come back again next time in Bali.

Super nice hotel with swimming pool, trees are planted near the pool ,really good to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine . The receptionists are very polite and friendly. They offered me free breakfast since I was waited too long till 4pm. I’ll be definitely here next time.

So we have just finished our 7 day holiday in Hayatt Sanur. Choosing Hayatt was the best decision we could make! First of all, Location! The location of the hotel is more than perfect! Everything you can imagine is nearby. The beach is clean and beautiful. Sunlounges on the beach are available, plenty and in good condition. Hotel grounds are amazing! It is so beautiful that it can take your breath away. With ponds, ducks and lilies. Regency suite is a good size room with a huge terrace. The only problem of this terrace is that it's not covered and it's unusable during rains or hot days. Also, there is no light on the terrace so at night is really dark. Fortunately, the hotel has more than amazing staff! The manager Sinta do above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable. After telling our concern about no light on the terrace to the manager Sinta it was solved in no time! Highly highly professional! Sinta and Sheril went above and beyond to make our stay amazing including a very special organization of our romantic dinner that was unforgettable! Regency club is a great addition, but a bit limited. However, the manager of the club Oki turns this club in a very beautiful place to relax and unwind. The food in all the restaurants is amazing, fresh and so tasty! I would really like to thank a waiter Anom for his professionalism, customer service and incredible kind heart! This hotel thanks to its staff left us with the most beautiful and unforgettable memories!
