What a truly wonderful experience staying at Hai Tide Beach Resort. Situated on the Beautiful Nusa Lembongan Mushroom Bay. This Resort was everything we expected and wanted it to be ! We stayed in the Beach Front Lumbung and it was absolutely Beautiful. The staff from the Resort and Restaurants could not be more helpful and friendly. We stayed for 5 days and the weather could not have been more perfect ! It did rain at night around 10pm but by then every thing on the island is just about closing anyway. I would highly recommend staying at this Resort ! the pool area is amazing as well !

Very very nice resort, friendly staff breakfast included was amazing. The food in the restaurants was so good we didn’t eat out once, I recommend the beef medallions. The accommodation was a beach hut style right on the beach and was a real treat.

Hai Tide Hotel truly ticked every box for us. The location is unbeatable, right on the stunning stretch of beach, with a handful of local bars just steps away along the sand. The hotel itself is on the pricier side but has two on-site restaurants, which serve beautifully presented, fabulous food. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. The gardens are immaculately maintained, and the lagoon-style swimming pool is perfect for a relaxing dip. We stayed in a beachfront thatched cottage, which offered a superb location and lasting memories. The room was kept spotless, with bed linen and towels changed daily, nightly turndown service with chocolates, and even room spraying, which was a lovely touch. The only downside for us was the accommodation itself, the thatched cottages have minimal storage. There wasn’t any wardrobe space, even a simple hanging pole would have made a big difference to our stay. Overall, Hai Tide Hotel though is a fantastic choice for anyone wanting a beachfront escape with great food, attentive service, and a beautiful setting. Despite the minor shortcomings in the cottage, we left feeling relaxed and well cared for.

Hi, the wife and I spent 1 week in the beachfront villas November 2025. Somethings you are not told about , are the dogs on the beach no one seems to own , they are not controlled and are prone to fighting a c barking in the early hours. The beach is not cleaned by staff till late morning , I frequently brought In plastic rubbish floating from my 7am swim. I suggested staff with a fish net should be employed from 6am . You are paying top dollar at this resort $260 per night . The 2 pools are good, the staff are to be commended. Tha prices for meals are now at Australia levels as most places now add, a 10% gov. Tax plus a 10 % service charge, and all your accommodation has to be paid upfront. The floating pontoon you have to travel by boat , about 4 minutes, however there is no coral, the best place for viewing and snorkel is at the next island nusa Pendia . In all a good experience, but not the best value.

My boyfriend and I stayed for a week at Bali Hai and absolutely loved every second! We stayed in a beachfront Lumbung which was perfect with a big comfy bed, beautiful bathroom and our favourite was the massive private day bed underneath. Breakfast included every day was perfect and we ate at the Hai Bar and Grill or the Hai Ri Zen every night - the food was superb. We took advantage of going to the included pontoon twice which had a fun water slide and banana boat and snorkelling. The water was beautiful. We also did an snorkelling tour on the Bali Hai Aristrocrat boat which was so fun and we went to an amazing snorkelling spot where we got to swim with a turtle! Every single staff member was also so accommodating, helpful and so kind. They made us feel very welcome and made us enjoy our stay even more. We will definitely be back!

We had a very enjoyable week at Hai Tide last August, staying in a villa with a friend. The villas are beautifully designed and spacious with their own pool. Spacious without being overwhelmingly grand and with all rooms connected. The staff are very friendly and super helpful, especially Agus, the assistant manager who went to great lengths to help our friend obtain the vital medication she had left at home. He drove her to a local pharmacy which was out of stock but they ordered it from the mainland. Upshot was that it came over on the ferry the next day and Agus drove Eva to the pharmacy again to collect it. Wonderful caring service, difficult to find in Australia and probably Europe too. Africa is an exception. They are very hospitable there too.
