This is a hotel experience that makes me feel a little conflicted. The public areas of the hotel are outstanding and the two pools are stunning, especially the main pool with its sea views towards the cliffs, which makes me want to stay again. The service was impeccable, every request was responded to promptly, the welcome and farewell were full of ceremony, and the details were in place. Unfortunately, the room itself was not in great condition. Maybe because of the use of environmentally friendly materials, there will be multiple leaks on rainy days, and you can even see water stains on the sheets. The towels were thin and old, with obvious threads. Although I understand that this is an environmentally friendly choice, as a high-end hotel, basic maintenance should still meet the corresponding standards. The room I booked was not the cheapest, but there was no place to sit in the room except the bed, not even a chair, and the space was small. In general, if you care more about the hotel's external environment, landscape and services, agree with the hotel's environmental protection concept, and don't mind the primitive room facilities, occasional water leaks or old equipment, then this hotel will be a great choice. But if you have higher requirements for room comfort, it is recommended to make more comparisons.

First of all, the location is OK, the view and swimming pool in front of the restaurant are pretty good, and the above are all the advantages. The disadvantages are as follows: there is no toothbrush (I don't quite understand it), fortunately I brought my own, the minibar is charged at this price, and there are complaints about high taxes and tips before, and then the meal is very expensive, even if there is no discount, fried noodles plus snacks and drinks for one person cost 490k😅, it's really not worth it, okay, there is a ours outside that tastes very good and only costs 700k for two people to eat, the master bedroom in the room is very depressing, and there are monkeys on the balcony. The house facing the street is very noisy, really noisy, at night you can hear the sound of someone entering the room, our family of three has this feeling in two rooms, although it should be monkeys or something (comforting myself), the voice-controlled light in the toilet is like a ghost in the middle of the night (later found the switch next to the mirror, speechless), the worst hotel experience in Bali for five days (one per day), if you are interested, really listen to my advice and don't go, Chinese people don't cheat China😮💨

As soon as we entered the hotel front desk, we were asked to cancel the reservation. It was cheaper to book with them, but I was afraid that there was no guarantee, so I decisively did not do it. The service was particularly bad. You must not bring alcoholic beverages to drink in the room. If you drink, you will have to pay a high service fee of twice the alcoholic beverage. The room facilities are not complete. There is a sound of renovation at 9 o'clock. Only the view is ok, and the rest is particularly bad.
