Bad and durty room, no towel, furniture broken, moisture and mouldy, no recommended.
Impossible to give my money back. Keep your money and go away.

Great hotel room, was definitely needed after staying in hostels for a few weeks! Easy enough to get a grab to the main Uluwatu beaches and the man on reception is very nice he will do a lot for you

Це був жаливий готель, жахливий персонал на рецепціі, хлопець був дуже грубий і не говорив на англійській мові. У ванній в смітнику не прибрано після монулих гостей. Запах жахливий у всій кімнаті, особливо у ванній! Рушники були брудні. Не було ніяких миючих засобів, навіть елементарного кусочка мила. Туалетний папір теж ніби обіаляли у грязюці. Я підвйшла на респешн і хотіла змінити номер, так як очікувала що буде чистіше і не так буде смердіти. Я бачила що у них є менші номери і дешевші. Проте поки хлопець мені хамив і перекладав 30 хвилин, номери вже були розпродані. І слава богу, що не довелося залишатися в цьому безглузді.

De kraan werkte niet. De hygiëne van de kamer was niet goed, maar je krijgt wel een mega grote kamer voor een goedkope prijs. Het bed was tenminste wel schoon, alleen wat wel irritant was, is dat Grab de locatie van het hotel niet herkend. Daarnaast was ik niet alleen in de hotelkamer (zie foto)

Для тех, кто собирается бронировать: не советую!!
Я забронировала отель на весь отдых ради бассейна, который есть на всех фото. На второй день оказалось, что БАССЕЙНА НЕТ УЖЕ ДАВНО!!! Это была единственная причина выбора этого отеля.
После обращения с этим вопросом к администратору мной был поставлен вопрос о компенсации процента оплаты. Меня игнорируют уже 10 день, его руководитель специально не читает моего сообщения в вотсапе - я понимаю, что никто не хочет платить и терять деньги, но это скотское отношение к гостям. На данным момент администратор сбегает ( в прямом смысле убегает от меня, когда видит) и игнорирует, даже не здороваясь. Сервис на лицо!
Дополнительные минусы:
1. На протяжении всего отдыха ни разу не убрали в номере ( океан с пляжами рядом, песок в любом случае попадает в комнату)
2. При заселении нет полотенец и бумаги
Всем, кто хочет качественно приехать на отдых и забыть ОБО ВСЕХ заботах- этот отель не советую.
