Place was calm, not crowded and clean, staff are very friendly and nice, turned out better than i expected. A little bad side is the accessed beach wasn’t clean, if u want to go for a swim there or sit by the beach water its not quite enjoyable, doesn’t matter tho cuz the pool was perfect 10/10 highly recommend.

The cleanliness of the floor could be improved, as it still felt a bit dusty. Other facilities were excellent, though. The air conditioning was cold, the hot water worked, and so on.

This time I stayed in a poolside room, the room was big and the hot water was hot! It is close to the wildlife park. Although there are few breakfast options, the outdoor seating has a nice view. The a la carte restaurant is also quite cheap, with a high CP value. The service of the hotel staff is also good!

My friends thought they had entered the presidential suite. It was really big. There was a hair dryer and a bathtub. The price was absolutely worth it. The bed could sleep at least four girls. There was a swimming pool right outside the door. You could swim as you wanted. The waiter brought you drinks after you checked in. They were so delicious! You could hear the sound of the sea at night. It was great. The swimming pool water was also super clean. Chinese people have never seen it before. It was great👏

服務很周到

房間很大，酒店綠化很不錯，泳池很乾凈，早餐感覺不好吃，步行到酒店邊的沙灘大概10分鐘，是黑沙灘。會送歡迎飲料，但是不知道是不是喝了的原因，第二天嗓子疼。有餐廳，還可以點餐，酒店位置稍微有點偏。

This is my second visit, villas not same as shown in photos , pool is too small , they asked random high charges if you need something. They seem to be waiting to take advantage of your situation. Whenever you ask for anything they will ask you 5times extra charges than the normal cost , as i have already stayed in other villas too , i know the normal costs. please dont go with this property , you will get better option in similar costs.

DO NOT STAY at this place. We found a snake crawling inside the villa and lizard on the roof above our head over the bed. Front desk was informed but very they told very casually that it is normal for any hotel in Bali. Though they offered to change the room but we were not ok to take any chances. We booked two-bedroom villa with private pool for 3 nights and this experience was within 10 minutes after entering the villa on the 1st day itself. We asked the front desk for cancellation and refund but they bluntly denied....we had even asked them to retain one night charge and refund for two nights but they refused, only apologised for the inconvenience. We checked out immediately and book a good hotel, though it came at a price but at least we had a peace of mind...that's what we came for on a holiday on Bali. So all who are reading this, my advice would be to completely avoid this villa.

We were a family of three adults and stayed for five nights in a room named Gayatri. It’s an awesome place with an excellent pool view, and the entire resort is very clean and well-maintained. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. Every day, whenever we returned from an outing, they would promptly check with us if we wanted the room cleaned — their attentiveness really stood out. The breakfast was decent — not a huge spread, but everything served was good and satisfying. One of the highlights was the beach right behind the resort, offering a lovely and relaxing view. Since we were traveling as a family with our daughter, one thing we found unusual was that the bathroom didn’t have a door, which made it a different experience for us. We would 100% recommend this resort (actually, make that 200%!). The only drawback is that most sightseeing spots are quite far from the resort, making travel time longer. Other than that, it was an excellent and memorable stay for us.

The staff was very unfriendly and casual. The staff especially at restaurant were worst especially one lady ( forget the name). Very poor n bad service. One should avoid going there. 0/10 in terms of staff behavior. Accommodation 5/10.Need to improve a lot....
