This Hotel robbed us, We booked them Via *********** in where they assured that they have High Speed WiFI BUT THEY DONT when you get there there is not internet at all, and even tho they knew that, they still assured via messages that their internet was high speed which was a Lie, we work remotely so this completely ruined our plans, this people are evil and intentionally play with clients time and laugh about it… We left the following day and then after begging them Via WhatsApp they assured us they had emailed *********** for our refund, but booking kept emailing us saying they never replied, so in the end we lost our money and they stole it from us… all those offerings they do in that Hotel is just to show off, the reality is these people are awful and God will punish them for thieves… I will attach all the proof that they steal from us DONT STAY IN THIS PLACE they are going to rob you

At 4am I woke up to the sound of a mosquito. I thought how was it possible if everything was closed. I looked ahead and saw a boy inside my room, crouched, squatting. At that moment, I shouted "hey! What are you doing?" The boy ran and disappeared. I grabbed my cell phone, turned on the flashlight and went out in my pajamas. I walked to the reception, about 400m, in the dark, no one came out at my shout and I didn't see anyone. I thought how fast the boy had run. It only occurred to me to talk to my friends in Europe via cell phone since the staff at the establishment were not available and there was no one to help me. For the next few hours I couldn't sleep due to shock, anxiety and fear and I kept the light on until daylight. At breakfast, three hours later, I told the establishment staff. They didn't react at all. They blamed the rest of the clients, they accused the clients who slept in the bungalows next door. I explained everything to them. They moved me from a bungalow to one with a decent door and lock. In it I found a huge cockroach, well, it didn't matter. In the previous bungalow nothing worked, neither the lock on the closet nor the lock on the main door and I think that's why that person was able to get in. Based on how the guy who came in at dawn reacted and the reaction of the staff, I'm sure this isn't the first time it's happened. The establishment staff did not believe me. I'm sure that boy lives there. They said that no one came into my room and that the money had been left somewhere else. It was incredible. Apparently, it has happened to other clients and then they found the money. I was in Lembongan just to surf and dive. All paid by card. For this reason, I had the money ready and counted and I only paid for dinners in that same establishment. Therefore, I knew perfectly well how much money I had and where I left my money. My bag and wallet were on the bed, next to me while I slept. I found my wallet open and empty. The day before, before the night when it happened, I arrived at the establishment at 6pm, had dinner at his restaurant, I did not pay for the dinner since I paid for everything at the end of the stay and went to the bungalow to sleep. I didn't do anything else. I knew very well how much money I had and where it was (in my wallet, on the bed, next to me). The days after, the staff never asked me if I was okay, how I felt. Nothing. I only got bad looks and they made me feel like I had done something wrong. It was a very uncomfortable and strange feeling. After two days of not hearing anything from the owner of the establishment and receiving excuses, I asked about him. Apparently he was very busy. I complained and two seconds later he appeared. He didn't believe me either. A man appeared claiming to be a police officer, without uniform. He didn't believe me either. He asked me for the serial number of each billet that had been stolen from me. Hahahaha everything, absurd and m

Rotten owner cancelled our family room request for bogus reasons then jacked up the price 4X! -- with so many other nice places same price or cheaper why would one choose this place. Sure some people have different experiences but why put up with greed?

We booked a trip to nusa penida with D & B and it was honestly the best! It seemed like a lot cheaper than the rest of the companies offering this trip from nusa lembongan (at least the one that we could find on internet) and the experience was really well executed with a great driver/ tourguide who turned out to be an amazing photographer!

Very good spot if you want to stay for a few days in Nusa Lembogan. Just 600 mtr from the ferry port you find this nice place. You ger your own bungalow with a large bed and an outdoor shower. Whats better then showering in open air. Everything is clean and fresh and everyone is very friendly and helpful. TIP book your snorkelingtrip here. Great trip, good captain and Guide also for People Who are scared!

First time to Nusa Lembongan and won't be the last. The Tem and D&B are outstanding and cannot do enough for you. We were greeted at the beach and promptly taken o the property. The bungalows were sound and had all that we needed. It was awesome. Breakfast was basic but filling and we were able to hire a scooter and golf buggy direct which was convenient. We booked a snorkelling trip with D&B and the early leave time really meant that the "Early Boats got to see the Manta's first"- we were the first boat in manta bay and what an experience, this was followed by a tour of the island and swimming with Turtles at the Mangroves. Nyepi was a very cleansing experience and the education about the festival was provided by our hosts- loaning my family sarong and udeng for the barong dancing and the Ogoh Ogoh festival prior to the Nyepi day. Very humbling and a real privilege to be a part of. I cannot recommend D&B highly enough and I will be staying there again when I revisit Nusa Lembongan. Terma Kasih / Suksma :-)

Great location and very helpful staff. I had requested a specific scooter before arrival and Benny had it ready for us when we arrived by boat…. great service. Diasa ( Benny’s brother takes people snorkelling on his boat. He is very safety conscious. I did the same trip 4 years ago…, it was great then also.

We went on a well organised morning snorkelling trip to Manta Bay, Gamat Bay, Tojapakeh and Mangrove Point. We saw manta ray and turtles as well as huge numbers of tropical fish and beautiful coral. The trip was impressively organised, instructions were clear and safety conscious. We had lots of fun and would highly recommend this trip. It was obvious that our guides were taking care to ensure we got the best experience possible. We also received photos from the sag free of charge which was a nice touch.

Nice clean rooms, with a really friendly and helpful staff. We rented mopeds from them and drove around the island. Breakfast was tasty but a bit too little food. Had a loud rooster in the neighboring lot that destroyed the first nights sleep, but they gave us a different room and then it became no more than an annoyance. 🐔 Good bang for the buck!
