The hotel.provide a shuttle bus to bud center and all staff is nice hope you welcome home, specially staff called komang provide excellent services for stay.

“The best in Ubud Bali 2025”
5 Star service! The place is the perfect place for a couple retreat. It’s what we needed for a perfect relaxing get away. The food is very good! BIG AWESOME BREAKFAST!!! The place is well kept and very professional and happy staff. We will come back again. Thank you to the team!

Enjoy a private pool villa at a great price! The free shuttle to Cocomart every two hours was very convenient. The staff were also incredibly friendly.

We had a fantastic stay at the Purana Boutique Resort, the staff were exceptional. Very welcoming & helpful throughout our stay. Room was gorgeous overlooking the pool, breakfast everyday from our balcony. Complimentary yoga on Saturdays. We will hopefully be back in Ubud to stay again!!

We loved our stay here at Purana! The staff are very welcoming and attentive and are always happy to help. The facilities are clean and well presented. We were given the option of having breakfast on our balcony area which we loved. The location is good if you don’t want the stay in the main town centre of Ubud it is easily accessible via grab taxi or a short walk. Getting around Ubud from the hotel was very inexpensive and not too far in grab taxi. There is also a nice pizza restaurant nearby. Overall we loved our stay here and would definitely come back.

My stay at Purana Boutique Resort was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived until the very end, everything was truly 10/10. The food was delicious, the rooms were spotless, and the staff — absolutely one of a kind. They are so humble, kind, and genuinely make you feel welcomed and cared for. The location is also excellent — it’s very easy to grab a ride with Grab to go anywhere, and the resort also offers convenient shuttle service when booked in advance. Pricing was more than fair for the level of service and experience we received. As a coffee lover, I was thrilled with the number of great options nearby. The area is also very safe, and walking around felt completely comfortable with zero issues. I would highly recommend Purana Boutique Resort.

I stayed here for a total of six days. They upgraded me to a one bedroom villa, which had its own pool. The place is so clean and outstanding. The employees go above and beyond to please you. If you need anything, you just ask and they will deliver. Had problems with the loungers and they replaced the cushions right away. Stuff is always asking Always how you are. Always smiling. They are more than willing to help you find anything you require and call on your behalf . My flight didn’t leave till 9 PM so they gave me a late checkout until 2 PM and then for a small fee I was able to stay till five until my taxi was ready to pick me up. Definitely would stay here again. The special touches where they can bring your breakfast to your outside dining area of your villa.

My husband and I stayed in a Duplex Villa for 9 days. The staff provided gold standard service, every single one of them. Impeccable service. The villa was amazing, just stunning. Spa like experience and stunning setting. The breakfast was delivered to our room daily and was absolutely delicious. I would absolutely recommend this hotel time and again. They blew us away and exceeded our expectations. I can't wait to back.

A wonderful tropical paradise situated just outside Ubud. The villas and hotel itself were even more beautiful than the photos. We stayed here for 6 nights the first 3 wirh our son and his partner in the two bed villa before moving into a one bed villa when they left. From the moment we arrived we were treated as honoured and welcome guests. Staff were so friendly and attentive, the service was exceptional, nothing was too much trouble. Both villas were very comfortable and well equiped. Food and drink was competively priced and was very good so much so that we ate in the hotel for most meals. Breakfast was included with our first stay this was served in your room (our lovely terrace) at a time of your chosing and there was a good selection. This is very much a 5 star hotel worth its rating for the overall level of comfort and exceptional service, although this comes with a higher price tag. I had a wonderful relqxonf massage in my room which again was competively priced and so much nicer than a salon. The only thing that i would mention is that per per person we paid the same for the 2 bed villa as a one bed with the 2 bed villa bedrooms being smalller and not quite as spacious particulary the twin room. Whilst we wanted to share and spend time with our family we could have two villas for the same price.

This place is magical! The staff are exceptional, like I have never experienced before. It felt like family! The villa was perfect with everything we needed. The location was great to experience Ubud. The food was delicious, including the private chef BBQ meal which was offered free for a little error. The massages were heavenly. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone went above and beyond. I wish we didn’t have to leave, you made me fall in love with Bali! Thank you so much, we will be back! Emily and Simon

We have spend 2 days in Purana Boutique Hotel, we have choose villa with swimming pool. It was jus awesome, quite, beatiful flowers and trees and super infrastructure of the appartment. We have enjoyed the stay a lot. The hotel restaurant serves delicious food, it is delivered to your room and you may enjoy it on the tarrace at the pool. Joga class perfect as well and entire team very nice, kind and smiling.

Our 4 night stay at Purana Boutique hotel was truly magical! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the most warm and lovely staff at the resort. I have to say that every member of the staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable, pampered and relaxed! The property was absolutely beautiful with lush plants and tropical flowers throughout the property! It was so peaceful and relaxing…it felt like we were in an oasis in the middle of the jungle…although we were only 15 minutes from the hectic city center of Ubud. Our room was truly awesome. It felt very private, especially with our own private pool! Every detail, from the stone wall shower to the flowers in the room made the experience feel incredibly luxurious. The food was also amazing! Every meal looked like a photo from a magazine…beautifully presented and delicious. I’d like to extend a special thank you to Yannik, who went above and beyond to make the visit special. He helped us plan two wonderful side trips and was our tour guide for one memorable visit to the waterfalls, rice paddies, and a coffee plantation. His thoughtfulness, knowledge, and patience made the experience truly exceptional! Purana is a hidden treasure that will stay with us for years to come. I recommend it highly for anyone looking for a luxurious, pampered experience for a great value in Bali.
