A small property in the heart of Ubud. The location is perfect! You can easily walk to Ubud centre along Bisma street full of shops and cafes. The street is not noisy and it is a great advantage! Cars cannot access property - its roughly 50 metres to walk from main road. Not a big problem! Friendly service, someone stays at the Villa 24/7 for security and help whenever needed. They also helped me to order a tour. My room was spacious and clean, with a small kitchen. Four poster comfy bed, sheets were clean, I slept like a baby! Bathroom was a bit dark. And I loved breakfast so much! Thank you, guys! I wanted to extend my stay but unfortunately the villa was fully booked(

The pictures did not match the room and it was overpriced. Staff was kind but the facilities were closer to 2 stars than 4 stars. Disappointed by the room and bathroom esthetic but it was clean. The location is also wonderful, truly 10 min from center. If this had been posted as a 2-3 star accommodations and I was prepared, it would have been a great experience
