The hotel's hygiene was quite poor. The rooms weren't very clean; we booked two rooms, and one of them had mold on the walls. The other room, for the kids, was okay I guess. It's pretty much on par with a 100-200 RMB hotel in China. The breakfast buffet had a good variety, mainly Western options, but I saw a small bug fly out of the coffee machine. However, the hotel's location is genuinely excellent. Shopping, dining, and entertainment are all incredibly convenient nearby, and it's especially lively at night. It's also very close to the airport.

Loved the large pool! We stayed at our first Bali hotel for five days, and every day the pool was filled with Australians and French folks chatting and sunbathing – truly felt like a perfect vacation. They also had regular evening performances. It's a great resort-style hotel in Bali, with an excellent location very close to the beach.

Upon arriving lobby , greeted by the staff warmly and check-in process were fast and easy. Hotel room were clean and tidy. Only toilet surrounding have a stale smell residue. Shower, bedroom and living hall were as clean as you get. Breakfast offering was good and plenty of it to choose from. The location was strategically located at Kuta City and great for window shopping for souvenirs. Overall, nice place to stay with families and friends.

The location is great, close to the beach and lively tourist areas. The room is modern, clean, and the bathroom is surprisingly spacious. However, the water pressure and drainage are very poor, and there is often an unpleasant smell. Boiling water took much longer than usual..around 20 minutes. The hairdryer is only 400W…after swimming and washing my hair, it took about half an hour to dry and still wasn’t completely dry, which made it quite frustrating.

The buildings are arranged around a spacious and beautiful courtyard with three pools, perfect for Western vacationers. The breakfast at the restaurant is good. The rooms are spacious, and the bathrooms are enormous. The hotel offers a peaceful retreat despite being in a lively area, and the price is reasonable.
