Very friendly people, wonderful food. Got slightly issue with random people didnt have key so they can ot operated the lift so i become kinda lift holder card :-) other than that, people are great

We had such a wonderful stay at D’Primahotel in Seminyak! 🌴✨ The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious, with plenty of options to start the day right. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready with a smile and helpful suggestions. Also, we can request for an early breakfast box which is a plus especially if you need to go out early. The location is perfect — just minutes away from the beach and surrounded by great restaurants, making it easy to explore the vibrant Seminyak area. Whether you’re here to relax or enjoy the local food scene, this hotel makes it all effortless. One small area for improvement would be the bathroom cleanliness, especially the toilet bowl, which could use a deeper clean. Overall, I’d still highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality in Bali! 🌺

Location wise is super strategic, the breakfast was good and the staffs are friendly (expected as Balinese hospitality in general is a win). The room is neat, the mattress is clean, towels need to change it has discoloured thou. The matress is acceptable. What’s not acceptable is the bathroom smells, the sewage is so bad, the toilet is has smells of a fish market and whenever I flush the toilet, the odor of the water is really bad. Lastly, the noises at wee hours like 3am onwards, u can hear bagging on the door, shoutings from drunken party animal and an “explicit” sound from next door. NOT recommended for family with younger or teen children.

It was decent. The room lighting wasn't great, but the cleanliness was fine. The service was good, and breakfast was quite nice too. Their restaurant served good food, cheaper and tastier than what you'd find outside.

Their bathroom has bad smell, cleanliness of their bathroom needs improvement. Their pool needs to be clean as well. Their breakfast buffet is quite good.

I had a wonderful stay in this room. The room was clean and well maintained with all amenities. We had a good stay with a beach view it was too good. Really loved the location it was so happening with all shops and night party clubs . The onlything bad is airconditioner is poorly located in the room. Otherwise we had a great stay ❤️
