Response from Property: First, we would like to clarify that this guest did not stay at our villa. Upon arrival, they informed our staff that they did not like the style of the villa. In an effort to accommodate them, our team showed them several alternative one-bedroom villas, but they declined all of the options.One of the reasons the guest provided was that their child was unwell due to a cold allergy. They then informed us that they had decided to move to Ubud, which is generally known to have a cooler climate than Seminyak.Regarding breakfast, the guest only saw our menu and did not experience or inquire about our breakfast service before leaving.We also respectfully disagree with the statement that our location is "terrible." Our villa is located in the Petitenget area, one of the most popular locations in Seminyak. It is within walking distance of well-known spas, restaurants, cafés, and local dining spots that are highly appreciated by many of our guests.Although the reservation was cancelled at the last minute, we still processed a refund for the booking as a gesture of goodwill.We kindly encourage guests to review the villa description, location, and surrounding area carefully before making a reservation, especially if they have specific concerns regarding their child's health or environmental sensitivities.Thank you.Best RegardsManagementThe Khayangan Dreams Villa

Regarding the pool chlorine, after the previous guest checked out, our pool team thoroughly cleaned the pool using treatment chemicals and a vacuum. It is possible that the chlorine had not fully dissolved by the time you checked in. We also regret any issues with cleanliness; had we been informed during your stay, our housekeeping team would have promptly assisted and cleaned the villa. Once again, we apologize for these inconveniences.
