We absolutely loved our stay at your villa! The breakfast was simply amazing!!! The best we had in Bali! From the moment we arrived, we were charmed by the hospitality of the entire staff. The villa itself is very large, clean, and spacious, with everything you could possibly need! Food and anything else we needed were delivered to the villa incredibly fast! We also rented a jet ski – it was super fun! Highly recommend 🩷

The service in this hotel is amazing. Luckily we were upgraded to a sea view suite upon arrival which was perfect in every way. This is one of the most relaxing and beautiful places I have ever stayed in. Didn’t leave the resort as only there for three days unfortunately.

Everything was great, apart from it being a bit dated.

Exceptional services, nice and clean

A wonderful hotel, excellent value for money. The breakfasts deserve special mention; out of all the hotels we've booked in Bali (and there are more than 15 of them), we haven't encountered such excellent breakfasts!

The scenery was beautiful, but the resort itself was a bit too boring. The location was remote, there wasn't much to see, and the bathtubs were unsuitable for soaking because the water came out yellowish-brown – it was terrifying to see!

Everything was excellent! Wonderful room and service.

The floor is not clean. Even if you wipe it lightly, it is already very dirty. Much worse than before I opened the quilt and the sheets were super wrinkled. Did they not wash or iron? Anyway, I won’t go back again.

My wife and I stayed in a deluxe private pool room for 2500 a day for 7 days. Generally speaking, it was not bad, but I didn’t like to talk to Chinese people. The people in the hotel like to talk to foreigners. Maybe it’s because our English is not good. Communication basically consists of talking and gestures, otherwise we need a translator. It's our own reasons, but the hotel service and aspects are very good. Although it is a 5-star hotel, it can achieve 6-star service, which is very good. One thing I'm very dissatisfied with is that I had extended my stay in the hotel for another day the day before, but I was asked to change rooms the next day. What's the matter? I was asked to change rooms at 7 o'clock in the morning. You don't have any other rooms for others. My ex One night, we had already extended our room, but you didn't do a good job at the first time and asked us to change rooms. I was very angry and hoped that the hotel could hire someone who could speak Chinese, otherwise communication would be too difficult. Just because you don’t know Chinese doesn’t mean you can look down on Chinese people. China will be number one in the world☝️ Free minibar: nice, there are several drinks available, free, every day

The hotel is not big and has no surprises. The water in the bathtub was yellow every time I put it out. The air conditioner is super loud, it feels like 50-60 decibels. I am a person with average sleep quality, and I was woken up several times at night. The food was okay. I ate every meal in the hotel for two days and ordered a lot of dishes. I give it 80 points. The breakfast is quite delicious, rated 88 points. The villa swimming pool is relatively large, and the public swimming pool is also relatively large, including a small constant-temperature swimming pool. You can play various water sports on the hotel's beach, which is very convenient.

A very satisfying hotel, I really like it! From the service, environment, and supporting facilities, they are all great! There is a check-in ceremony upon entering, which is a very special feeling. The villa room we booked was large and the bathroom was beautiful, with an outdoor shower and a prepared flower petal bathtub. The swimming pool is beautiful and clean, and the room comes with a lot of drinks and fruits, as well as honeymoon decorations and cakes, which is a surprise. The hotel also offers free afternoon tea, which looks and tastes great. The hotel is by the beach, and there are free bicycles and boats. It is so pleasant to ride along the coastline in the evening. The breakfast is also very rich, a la carte style, and tastes good. The hotel is full of beautiful plants and green lawns, which are very pleasing to the eye. The best thing is that their service is really good and responsive to every request. Every employee they meet is friendly and greets them, which makes people feel very cordial. I will stay here for a few more days next time. I like this hotel so much.
