Very good hotel, good for dolphin watching tour, boats can dock right outside the hotel, hotel have a buggy to take you to nearby shops

Good service. Good environmnet and good swimming pool and food. They even returned the lost passport for us.

The reason we booked The Lovina is because we want to watch dolphin early in the morning. We need to go to the jetty before sun rise. We requested hotel shuttle to the beach but hotel staff could not fulfill. Room is spacious & big but a bit old. Breakfast is good. Overall above average..

Cleanliness is poor. Pillow case even has stains on it. Telephone and toilets are stinks. No smart tv.

The service was amazing, outstanding levels. The rooms were clean, enough amenities and cooking equipment. The pool was clean and the food was really good. The staff cater to all fo your needs. You can book tours through the hotel and there is a gift shop.

The location was in a very scenic spot, it was quiet, and didn't get much rain while the rest of Bali got more rain, so I was very happy. The only problem is that its a 2-3 hour drive from the airport with a lot of winding around corners and going up and down hills - true torture for someone like me that gets carsick. People just need to be prepared for the drive, but it's worth it. If you're the type of traveler that wants nightlife and partying, then stick close to the airport in Denpasar instead. If you want a relaxing beach vacation like me (still plenty of alcohol at the beach bar), then this is your place. The food was absolutely superb for lunch and dinner! The breakfast was average, more western style, but maybe I'm biased because I'm not a breakfast person anyways. You can always just sleep in and go for lunch. The pizzeria's pizza was perfection, and all other menu foods I tried, I loved. The service was great, everyone was very kind and helpful. On my last night when I was feeling too ill to eat, the restaurant staff made a free pot of tea for me and I was so grateful. The resort also called a doctor for me, which I didn't even know was an option, and I was so grateful. Lastly, the resort was stunning! Everything made of stone felt so safe and clean, everything was family friendly, there's two beautiful pools, and the beach was unparalleled. The beach bar & restaurant was perfectly situated so you can watch both the sunset and the sunrise and you can relax while your kids or friends play. Lots of outdoor space to relax, and the resort provided a free shuttle service to nearby places. There was even a gift shop that also sold sunscreen and aloe vera. And the accommodations! The bed was wonderful, the room was spacious, all amenities provided, and the shower was wonderful.

The room is very good and comfortable. The hotel environment is good, and the waiters are interesting and enthusiastic. Walking out of the back door of the yard is the hotel's swimming pool and bar. You can watch the sunset in the evening and there is also a band singing.

At this price, staying in such a hotel in the peak season is a pleasant surprise, and it is almost the same as the experience of our other 1200 hotel. The free welcome drink can be drunk in the sunset restaurant, watching the sunset by the sea, the environment is very good, there is a live band singing, free boating, it is really heaven, I hate myself for not staying a few more days, the hotel is very clean, the basic facilities are all there, and the breakfast is very delicious! The free shuttle bus can pick up any nearby spa and restaurant, I cried. If you chase dolphins, the captain can pick you up directly on the beach of the hotel, which is very convenient! In short, if the budget is within 800, this hotel is invincible, stay!

Chasing dolphins in Lovina! Booked this hotel just to chase dolphins. Passing the hotel pool, there is a captain on the beach. You can negotiate the price for chartering a boat. There are rice fields on one side of the hotel and the sea on the other. The breakfast is not that delicious. The steak ordered for dinner is quite good. The room is comfortable and clean.

A favorite place in the whole trip to Bali. The hotel is a star hotel and also integrates homestay management. It has a buffet breakfast, a beach bar, and delicious pizza. The hotel directly booked a dolphin chase for 90 per person, and it was a great honor for two people to charter a boat. The shuttle bus can be delivered directly to the roadside. There are many convenient chain supermarkets on the roadside. The hotel has a complete set of kitchen supplies.

The rooms are large and spacious, but somewhat dated, and the ambiance is cold and functional rather than homely. Furthermore, the walls are very thin, so we were woken up by noise in the hallway two out of three nights. They strive to be very friendly, but when you're asked for the seventh time during dinner whether everything is okay, you're more concerned with confirming that the food is really good than enjoying your meal in peace. Otherwise, it's a beautiful and well-maintained facility, and we felt comfortable.
