Upon arrival, we were informed that they were preparing for a wedding and that we couldn't use the main swimming pool. We then tried to decrease our 3 night stay, in 2 villas, by 1 night and the hotel refused to refund us for 1 night. Came up with the worst excuses. If a hotel cannot provide you with all facilities/amenities you have paid for, they should be willing to compromise. Breakfast is very average compared to other hotels.

Very "Bali" in terms of design and layout. It is showing its age and could do with a refurb, starting with the bathrooms which have a weird 1970s...umm..."pebble stones design" on the walls. The food in the restaurant was poor and pricey, including the worst breakfast (and Bloody Mary) ever tasted. They claim to have a gym... they don't really have a gym. The location is solid. The staff are friendly and many appear to have been there for years. Worth a look, but only if you're getting a good deal on the joint.

The hotel itself seems to be good, the staff really tries, but we couldn't sleep there because there were holes in the ceiling right in the room, there were always lizards and huge spiders, it's creepy, you can safely go only to deluxe rooms and above

My child was bitten by bed bugs. One of them was found on the sheets this morning. I called the management and showed them the excrement and several dead bodies in the mattress. They told me that wasn't proof and that I needed a photo of the bug, saying the bites were an allergic reaction. It's surprising that the staff didn't at least apologize in such a situation. It's a shame, as the hotel overall is quite nice. Check your bed before you sleep in it!
