We arrived at the hotel at the end of the day, we were asked to sit down then we were made to wait 30 minutes without telling us anything. We are offered an orange juice, then asked to pay for the room. What we do ! Once the room was paid, we were informed that there was a problem with the reservations and that we had been relocated to an even better place a few minutes away. We are surprised that we were not informed when we arrived and that we were left paid but hey if it's better... why not! So we take our scooter and follow the hotel manager who takes us to the other accommodation, we arrive in a courtyard with dogs... and there, big disappointment, we have to sleep there, the accommodation was clearly not up to par. the height of what we ordered. No view, no restaurant, no breakfast, no hot water... not an apology or commercial gesture. Seeing and expressing our despair, the director told us that the place where we were staying was more expensive and therefore better... we were still not convinced, he apologized and told us that if we wanted to have breakfast we can still go to Baliwid… we were still not convinced, he ended up offering us breakfast… We were presented with a fait accompli and had to put up with their mistakes. I absolutely do not recommend! We had the feeling of being homeless. Fortunately our new host was really adorable and very attentive. I never thought I would have such an experience given the ratings of this establishment and even less so in Bali where the people are usually so nice.
