Great location,, just a minute away from the beach
Cons are they are a bit understaffed. No concierge or bellboy welcomed us that came with bunches of bags. The rest of the hotel are pretty standard. No complaint

Great Location and Atmosphere, but Needs Improvement
I recently stayed at Prime plaza hotel, and while the location and overall vibe were great, there were some areas that fell short of expectations.
The hotel is situated in a beautiful spot, and the atmosphere is very relaxing. It’s the perfect place to unwind if you’re looking for peace and quiet. However, the food was disappointing—lacking flavor and variety, which was a letdown during the stay.
The swimming pool is quite small, and there aren’t many facilities or activities available, which might make it less appealing for those looking for more entertainment options.
If you’re just after a nice location to relax, this hotel might work, but it could definitely improve in terms of food quality and amenities.

Close to the ferry. I only stayed one night for the convenience of getting the ferry. Dunkin’ Donuts is across the street.

Prime Plaza Sanur Bali offers a tranquil escape with spacious rooms and excellent facilities. The resort features a large pool, lush gardens, and a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for families or couples. The staff is warm and attentive, and its location provides easy access to Sanur Beach and local attractions. A great choice for a peaceful and enjoyable stay in Bali!

We enjoyed our stay at Prime Plaza Hotel. The staff is very friendly, and the swimming pool is great. It is a good size and relaxing amidst all the green plants. The bar has great drink offers. The room is spacious, and you get a complimentary large bottle of water each day, which is nice.

Comfy clean rooms. All rooms have a pool view. The hotel is very huge. In a few minutes you can walk to the beach and promenade of Sanur. Super reasonable prices for a hotel like this. The gym is huge and seems to be a highlight because there are always many guests exercising.

I had a great stay overall at this hotel! The property is stunning and very grand, with spacious and comfortable rooms. However, I did notice a slightly unpleasant scent from the cleaning products used, which was a minor downside.
The hotel is located further up the main road than I expected, and unfortunately, that road is not pedestrian-friendly. I only discovered on my last day that there’s a shortcut to the beach, which would have been great to know earlier—perhaps this could be highlighted better to guests.
The breakfast buffet was impressive in size and variety, but I was disappointed by the lack of vegan options. Similarly, the room service menu didn’t cater to vegans, which limited my dining options. On one evening, I ordered food delivery, but the security policy meant the driver couldn’t enter the premises or leave the food with security. This required me to walk all the way to the gate to collect it, which was inconvenient. While I appreciate the need for security, I feel there could be a more guest-friendly solution.
That said, the pool was absolutely fantastic, and the staff were consistently amazing—friendly, helpful, and professional. I also really enjoyed the live music in the evenings, which added a lovely touch to the overall experience.
Despite a few inconveniences, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel.
