The Mutiara is fantastic value for money and the 3 bedroom villa we had was an amazing space for the family to enjoy. The private pool was incredible and the rooms were well appointed with everything needed. The communal villa area had a living room, sofas, a bar area, sink, microwave, fridge, and coffee drip machine. The hotel even provided a water bottle tower with free water which was amazing for 5 people. They also provided a great Harmon Kardon Bluetooth speaker to play music from our phones whilst enjoying the pool. The drawbacks were: Some fixtures and fittings are getting old and worn and the maintenance is not great. The ac in all the rooms was underpowered and not strong enough to keep the rooms cool enough at night. The location is not ideal as the road outside is very busy, there are not really any proper pavements and apart from a few small convenience stores locally, everything is a taxi ride to anything. The beach is too far on a dangerous road to walk.

We stayed our last day here in Bali. It’s near the airport. So we got only 20 minutes to go. We came back to this hotel 5 times again some days. We had a very pleasant stay. The stuff is very very friendly and the service is excellent. Very clean and comfortable. The pool area also was cleaned every day and it was a pleasure to swim early in the morning in a very quiet environment. We used the outdoor kitchen to make some drinks and cooking. The receptionist woman was very very friendly and fulfilling all our wishes just in time. Thank you also the cleaning stuff. The rooms have been extremely clean. Really recommended for family at 3 or 4 bedroom villa. We can arrange gathering with facilities totally completed. Location in the center, closed to the airport and to the beach. Staff are very nice with warm welcome and pay attention to the details. For honeymooner, one bedroom villa is the best choice. All the villas has private pool.

Funtastic and good place to stay

It's fine to watch the villas, but it's really noisy next to the road. The hotel may have five or six villas. I didn't book breakfast, so I don't know how it is.

I had two days of free travel with the group, so I wanted to find a villa to spend a quiet day. With a family of two old people and two children, the three-bedroom independent villa is perfect. Although the swimming pool is not big, it is enough for two children to play in the water, and it also has a holiday atmosphere. The receptionist at the door is also very sweet and kind. Breakfast and dinner can be booked, because the meals of this hotel are provided by another hotel under the group next door, and they will be delivered at the agreed time, which really meets all requirements without leaving home. For spa, you will be driven to the villa next door for it. It is very close and there are many choices. You can choose to spend as much as you want. I chose an essential oil hot stone massage, 90 minutes, 320k, of course, consumption and tax are calculated separately. You will be sent back to the hotel after the treatment. It's a pity that the rooms are all booked on weekends, otherwise I really want to stay one more day to rest and relax. The toilet in the room of the two old people has a little smell, which may be due to the humid return of the seaside. The air conditioner is a little small for people like me who are afraid of heat, but it will cool down faster if the toilet door is closed. The facilities are indeed a bit old, but the price-performance ratio is really high. Although the sunset at Jimbaran Beach is beautiful, the waves are too big after all, and it is not suitable for the elderly and children to play. I would rather choose a place with good privacy to enjoy a quiet moment than sunbathing, dazed and eating seafood at the beach. The hotel is close to the road (well, in Bali, unless it is a big hotel, there is nothing that is not on the curb), there will be traffic noise, but it will not affect it at all when you close the door when you sleep.

The overall environment is very good. The disadvantage is that it is next to the main road, which is a bit noisy. The service is also good, slightly worse than the hotel. Overall it is really good. It is more suitable for several families to stay together. The cost is low, but the sound insulation is a little worse. I am easily awakened when sleeping at night. The swimming pool is my favorite. It is so big and the water is comfortable.

The location of the hotel is embarrassing, the surrounding area is desolate, the room facilities are old, there are cockroaches, mice and spider webs, there are bats in the atrium living room at night, every morning there is a pile of bat poop next to the sofa 💩, breakfast cannot be added at the price on the website, need To order a meal, it costs about 39 yuan a noodle, plus 10 yuan service charge. The overall feeling is not very good, but the yard view is still ok, and having an independent swimming pool is a plus.
