Nice and clean family room with a spacious balcony. The pool isn't anything special but it's clean and has a good temperature (cooling but not too cold). They just have three sunbeds next to each other, so it's not like you'll lay down if one or more of them is already occupied. The location is good, and the kids said it was like going through a portal when you walk from the street through the lush green entry. It takes around 10 min to walk to Monkey Forrest and 20 min to the palace (49k with Grab). The staff is friendly and very helpful. The sign can be a little hard to spot when you arrive with a driver for the first time. So look for Kayana instead!

What a lovely place to stay in Ubud. Beautiful staff, super clean, loads of little touches (including international adaptors), pool was perfect, close to everything with amazing restaurants close by. Nothing was a problem, from getting our washing done, to lending us towels for a day trip, to changing room configurations immediately. We loved it and it made our holiday perfect. Thank you for making Ubud magical for us π€

Mt room was very clean and cosy. There were complimentary coffee tea and bottled water, kettle was clean. The pharmacy and supermarket are just around the corner. The staff are friendly. The lobby is beautiful. The walls are a bit thin so it can be somewhat noisy with band music and crowds from the surrounding restaurants. It generally quiet down before midnight. Personally I welcome the noises as I am a sole traveller and need some background noise to sleep.
