The swimming pool is nice ,prices at the bar are ok,I ordered mango juice and french fries ,the food for breakfast is ok,fruit platter,rice,noodles,eggs,sausages…etc.The room is big and clean,we slept well and enjoyed our stay.Thank you very much

very disappointed with hotel staff management and service. my plan to stay is for 2 days , unfortunately my grandfather passed away so i had to check out one day early. spoke to the hotel staff they said if i go through the online booking and request refund they will accept and process. so i did but trip.com informed me the hotel rejected my refund . very disappointed with the hotel bad attitude

Very bad experience.. The hotel is actually very dilapidated, and the overall hygiene of the room is very poor. The towels are gray and black, the pillows are yellow in places, there are other people's hair in the hair dryer, there is a peculiar smell in the toilet area, and the shower head on the ceiling is completely rusty ..very scary The breakfast was also unhygienic. There was a fly caught between the bread. The refrigerator where the fruit was placed had no door to close. The dry ice had completely melted and it looked inedible. I only dared to eat food that was covered.

Good hotel, transfer to the beach and Bali collection is free, don't take breakfast if flies irritate you

The staff are not very welcoming, surprising for Bali.

The bath water temperature was low. The amount of water was okay. The room was so cold that I tried to adjust the air conditioner but it was locked and I couldn't turn up the temperature. There was a wide variety of food, so I was very satisfied.

For this price it's ok, but the hotel is outdated 10 years ago)
