The location is really good because it is only ~10min away from the I Gusto international airport. ~ 7- 10min walk to Discovery shopping mall. Opposite to the mall, there is a affordable and decent seafood restaurant. Along the street from villa to discovery shopping mall, there are shops for souvenirs purchase, motor bike rental, exchange rate shops, mini marts, and shops to purchase mobile Sim card. Opposite the villa, there is a good cafe for coffee and pastries. The staffs of villa are friendly and approachable. They also understand simple English and able to cater to our requests and enquiries. The villa is clean, tidy, beautifully decorated internally and externally.and comfortable. We are happy with our stay in this villa

The villa was lovely and clean. The pool was beautiful and staff were very friendly. The only negative was that 1 night there was lot of heavy rain and it came through the open bricks on the side of the villa, so the stairs cases up to both of the bedrooms became very wet and slippery.

Breakfast needs a big overhaul , I would not serve that , if you are going to serve rice then cook it fresh don’t serve cold rice from the day before , seriously need to take the mattress of the living room floor and put some couches or chairs .

Nice location but poor service. Room service wasn't the best, always forget to fill the toilet rolls, sugar, coffee etc.. The fan stopped working the second day and they have provided a portable fan which was broken too. The TV wasn't working properly in the main bedrooms. Charged me for someone else's drinks at check out time, the only reason I paid for it was because I was running late to the airport. Lots of lizards and rats in every room. I wouldn't stay in this place ever again 😔

Stayed at this property for 3 nights and very satisfied with the Villa with Private Pool. We stayed in a Villa that has a large living room with a toilet on the ground floor, Master bedroom with bath tub on the 1st floor and another bedroom on the 2nd floor with shower. Bath rooms are well maintained and very clean which is comforting. The only downside we had was the hot water shower mixer which was difficult to maintain a warm water temperature (Yes, we had to use Warm water as it was raining heavily during our stay) and suddenly the hot water was pouring out scalding hot in the shower. Other than this , a beautiful villa for a family or group of friends. Access to the Villa is on a narrow street from the main road and if you are driving yourself, it could be challenging as street is really narrow. Parking is also not spacious and we would have to leave the car keys with the reception. Getting in an out of the street to the main road is a daunting experience as a few times I was stuck getting onto the main road since another vehicle was trying to get into the street so either one had to reverse to let the other go. Greenery around the villas are so pleasant and overall cleanliness is also pretty good. Breakfast selection is pretty basic but plenty of restaurants around on the main road so we were able to get through. Would certainly consider staying at this property in future but without the car!

Service super good. Location is near to the airport, which is no need to rush after landing/flying to airport. Everything was good, environment nice and clean. Just the food can be improved, because all the food are tasteless

Excellent location in Kuta. Within close distance to all the malls. The rooms are gorgeous! The staff were kind and helpful and attended to our requests. I recommend the upgraded rooms with private pool and bath tub!

We stay here for the first 2 nights of our Bali trip, it's very close to the airport so very convenient for us due to mid night arrival time. I love the location of the villa, the staff are very welcoming and friendly. They deliver breakfast to the room, which is a great service for us. However, the room may be a bit old which requires some refurbishment. Other than that, it's worth the money.

Fantastic place for family stay together, especially the indoor pool villa one! Good staff, clean amenities and overall good service.

Everything is good as previous stay. Love the ambience and hospitality. Conveniently located in Kuta. We had the most amazing stay. The staff are friendly and attentive.

Doesn’t allow us to check in earlier despite villa was vacant as they charge hourly for checking in early. Villa cleanliness was average, pool filters doesn’t seem to be working very well, dead flies and mosquitoes were flooded in the pool, lightings was abit dark in the room. Aircon started leaking water on our second night stay.
