Great location , good quality room and welcoming staff. The hotel has a small pool on the top floor which gives an outstanding view of the surrounding area. The rooms are well furnished.
The Breakfast and the food was awesome. Great taste and not expensive. Worth the money spent.

Unhygienic. Black hair everywhere and the towels and even bedsheets felt greasy (like when they are old and you can’t wash them off properly). Even the soap which was packed in brand new paper upon opening is obviously used before. The internet not working. The shower barely warm at best. The cleaner came to clean the inner yard early in the morning when I was changing clothes and I just opened the curtains. Uncomfortable. Do not recommend

Even it is 4 stars hotel, cleanliness not satisfied for us . Bathrooms towels colours also feel like dirty and didn't change everyday .

It is well located. The room is spacious and the service is courteous but the public area looks a bit outdated. They should change the shower curtain that has stains.

This hotel is perfect and the location really good. I extended my stay here at this hotel in Kuta because I really liked it. And the next time I wanted to extend my stay every room was already booked so it just says how popular this hotel is.

the hotel is totally dilapidated run down shabby.
no way it can be given 4 star. it doenst qualify to get even 2 star.
the hotel is old...rooms look dilapidated and unclean. the common areas look even more run down. damp walls...broken accesories, shabby look, water drippin from celing in dinning arrea, smelly surrondings...the list is unending.
the moment i stepped in the hotel.
.i regretted having booked there. though the price is cheap...but still its far better to pay 5..
10 bucks and stay elsewhwre. one will find many muxh better hotels in the same area...round the same budget.
but i must mention...the chef was good. the breakfast menu was simple but tasty....
nothin else is worth mentioning
