To the Astera Resort Team, From the reception team (Devi, Agus, Resi) to the driver (Mas Gedek), the housekeeping team, and all Astera Resort staff, I would like to say thank you for the wonderful experience during my 3-night stay. I don’t even know where to begin. *Staff (Excellent and Very Friendly)* • I started communicating with the resort prior to arrival, and the team was extremely helpful. This trip was for my partner’s birthday, and I requested a candlelight dinner and room decoration. They delivered beyond my expectations. The communication was quick, clear, and very helpful. *Room (A Place I Would Love to Stay Again)* • The room was beautiful—like a holiday home. It had a private pool, a comfortable bed, and was spacious and clean. *Service* • The service exceeded my expectations. I booked a spa session, which was amazing. The additional services, such as the candlelight dinner and the stunning decorations, were perfect. *Breakfast* • There were plenty of options, from local dishes to English breakfast. The portions were generous and everything tasted delicious. *Location* • The hotel is located around 2.5 km from the beach, with easy access. We walked to the beach every day, which took about 40 minutes depending on your pace. There are also many restaurants nearby. *Overall, we are grateful to have stayed at Astera Resort, and we would not hesitate to come back in the future.
