Really disappointed with the management of hotel and trip.com.. booked this stay for my wedding anniversary I received the wrong room.. I booked the smart one bedroom villa, however the hotel claims that they received the reservation as one loft bedroom villa..I paid more for the smart one bedroom villa.. they hotel management asked to me to settle this issue with trip.com.. informed trip.com and they told me no error on their end the correct room was reserved..so I went back to the hotel management and they said they have evidence of the room reserved.. All I’m asking for is refund for the price difference, even I never get to stay in the room I booked I’m fine with it.. it’s really frustrating we came to Bali to have relaxing time for our anniversary but ending being super stressed up with this issue..
The room aesthetic wise looks nice however the hygiene was very bad.. the hot tub filled with tiny bugs went we arrived.. the shower rain has water stain all over and the shower knob was so rusty you can’t even turn on the shower.. the management was so bad I requested for a slightly late check out timing 1pm since my flight was in the evening and they refused my request.. which made me to rush my check out for the stay.. if you want complimentary service pls don’t book this hotel cause everything they charge even simple room decoration they overcharge..
