The Location is quite strategist, near Kuta beach, Minimarket, Foodcourt, and etc. The cleanness and service are excellent. The receptionist served me well and very helpfull, the security is well-mannered and proactively helpfull, and the cleaners are also pretty much the same. I couldn't say anything bad about this hottel, that's why I give it full stars. Fyi, you will get breakfast that you can choose (idr 50k per person if not included in the booking). It was quite delicious, complete with fruits, juices and drinks. The hotel also have umbrella at the reception which you can borrow temporary in the rain season especially Also, it has a room to store your luggages temporary, so anyone who has checked out could put their luggagas there and roaming around while waiting their midnight flight for example. Tbh, the room is quite small but it is okay and the cover of the bathroom is kinda blurry, so you will feel a little bit awkward, but still ok. The price is well deserved. I recommend this hotel. I worried about trip alone but this place easy to access from airport while using google map and staffs are provide good service therefore, if i have a chance I want to try other resorts. I think Bali is good place for tourist and this hotel gave me good impression of Bali

We stayed for 4 nights in an Executive Suite, the room was spacious, modern design throughout. The balcony was huge overlooking the Baruna Statue and the ocean view of Kuta Beach. They provided us with one-time complimentary drinks in the fridge and 4 bottles of water daily. There were three pools in the hotel, so we could move around pleasantly. Breakfast was quite delicious and generous enough. There was also a buffet dinner at Warung Senggol twice a week at a reasonable price all taxes inclusive. Executive Suite rooms are highly recommended because of the beautiful sea view, huge room size, and balcony for the price you pay for a standard room of a five-star hotel in Nusa Dua.

The personnel and the manager are superdriendly and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and the bed is very comfortable. Breakfast could be better with meat/chicken/fish of better quality and freshly made juices. Dishes aee very apicy and you can never find a spiceless alternative on the buffet. But my main problem is relatwd to the dust and mold inaide the rooms. Very strong, and mixed with the parfum spray that the cleaning personnel use, it gets really bad for anyone, especially with rhinitis or other allergies. I tried 5 different rooms and the problem was the same. I believe it is caused by the local policy of keeping all.the windows locked with keys, so that the air inside the room is not renewed by cleaning every day. Probably os a question of legal protection against possible accidents but this makes the bad smell a serious restriction.

This was my second stay at this hotel, and it remains a great choice. Its prime location, just a short ride from the airport and close to Kuta Beach, is a major plus. You can also easily walk to the Beachwalk Shopping Centre. Unfortunately, we couldn’t book a SPA session again, as the next available slot was a week away due to high demand. The breakfast, however, continues to impress with its quality and variety.

Staying couple nights at Family Suite room, located at level 6 with pool balcony view. Overall is a nice 4 star hotel, with very friendly staff at receptionist, restaurant, cleaners and support team. My room is very clean, modern, nice vibe with refurbished bathroom. The restaurant is nice and clean, plenty space, with various food options. Located next to the pool. Halal food is provided. The hotel has adopted less plastic policy (using water dispenser instead). Gym has a nice view of Kuta beach. Room for improvement: 1) variety of fruits at resto could be improved 2) the gym is located at level 7 and isolated in the back corner (not comfortable at night). The gym carpet is bit out of date, could be refurbished. The floor at level 7 towards to gym was wet from rain outside. Bit slippery

Prime location The hotel is situated right opposite Kuta Beach, putting the sand and surf just steps away. In addition, a supermarket, a money‑changer and a liquor shop share the same building, so I never had to leave the premises for everyday necessities. The on‑site restaurant and bar also host live music, giving evenings a pleasant, lively atmosphere. Service The staff, particularly the trainees, were courteous and professional. Their friendly attitude made the stay feel welcoming from check‑in to departure. Morning buffet Breakfast was served as a buffet with a solid selection of dishes. The quality and variety provided good value for the modest price. Facilities The rooftop pool offers a relaxed spot to cool off after a day of exploring. My room, part of the LG tier, was modest but clean and comfortable enough for a short stay. Overall impression Paying such a low rate felt like a win‑win. Overall it is a clean and Good hotel with Good location   Many Food outlet nearby. 3 things can be improve : WiFi is poor! Aircon Control not working( can not turn airflows to lower level), and the exhaust fan inside washroom is not working.

We only stayed a few hours at the hotel until our flight but the service we received was incredible. Had our luggage carried to our room, the room was well equippedand the view over the pool was lovely. We had food delivered to our room and all the staff were so friendly and lovely. Then they offered a free shuttle to the airport. We were very impressed overall and would be a hotel we would book again
