I really enjoyed my stay here! The room was clean, the bed was great, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is perfect – close to everything, but quiet. The breakfast was simple but tasty, and there was a relaxed atmosphere throughout the hotel. Definitely recommended, I would love to come back!

The hotel is wonderful, secluded. The views and the pool are mesmerizing. The breakfasts are delicious, you order from the menu. We had dinner in the same restaurant. I would like to say a few words about the beach, it is exceptionally beautiful) black sand, just unreal, but unfortunately it is not suitable for swimming. There are mosquitoes, after sunset geckos and bats appear. The staff is all very friendly, you feel cared for at every moment. There is NOTHING nearby. Of the shops, there is a granny on the beach (when leaving the hotel, you need to go left) You can treat yourself there by buying beer, 3-in-1 coffee and waffles). Further down the street there are a couple more of the same shops. There you can also rent ATVs and ride along the beach. If you need to go to the airport or to another hotel Taxi does not go there, you need to order a transfer in advance. The hotel found a car for us in 10 minutes, this is a big plus. By the way, the journey from the airport to the hotel took almost 3.5 hours, so this is worth taking into account.

We really loves this guest house. The room is large and modern. Its clean and smells good. Bed also very nice. The owners are stand by 24 hours for serving us. We arrived in the middle of the night. Me and my partner is wet because its raining. The owner bring us hot tea with ginger and lemongrass. They also give us instant noodle with eggs to warm us. In the morning we opened the room, theowner already made us hot ciffee with really nice sweet banana and manggo. Owner alsooiffering us balinese lunch and they ibtriducing us with another guests. We stay for another night in this place. What an experience This place is indeed for quotes: check in as guest, checkout as family.

Our stay at De Moksha Eco Friendly Boutique Resort was incredible. The peaceful, tropical setting made it feel like a hidden oasis, and every detail of the resort reflected their eco-friendly focus. The absolute highlight for us was the outdoor bathroom – such a unique and beautiful experience, showering under the open sky surrounded by nature. The villa was spacious, clean, and incredibly relaxing. Staff were warm, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure we felt cared for. If you’re looking for a tranquil escape with a touch of luxury and sustainability, I can’t recommend this place enough.

Please note you cannot call grab from the resort back to town.need to use villager's driver service. Also this is a pet friendly resort,which maybe an issue if you are muslim because dogs are permitted there. Halal food has no certificate.massage is not so good,paid for an hour but finished 10 mins earlier. I don't like the oil's smell they used.

The location is a bit into an alley but it is safe and there is car parking too. The rooms are quite spacious and clean. The bed was good and the service was good, but it wasn't comfortable because there was a construction project in front of it so I woke up early in the morning because it was a bit noisy

The place is quiet and peaceful, giving a sense of connection with nature. There is a charming restaurant with a beautiful view of the ocean. The grounds are well-maintained, and the rooms are clean. However, we were not very impressed with the reception staff. They were not the most welcoming or customer-oriented. Additionally, there was a strange situation. We wanted to extend our stay for another night, but we were told that everything was booked, even though the hotel was half empty and various booking platforms like *********** and Trip.com offered to book the same room we had. We decided not to argue and left.

Bathroom amenities were fabulous, but kitchen-wise, we only had teaspoons, tea cups and sauce plates...no tea towel, washing up liquid, cutlery, normal plates. The microwave did not have a glass base so nothing heated up right. The staff need better communication with residents regarding shuttles, pool facilities, eating facilities etc (ie a simple booklet with information in would have sufficed), also, if an event is on, please let us know what facilities are NOT available ie lunch and dinner service at the beach club, pool facilities at the beach club etc.

A really tranquil experience for us in staying at The Saren. We have been to Bali every year so far and this is the first time we are staying in Canggu area. The location is quite deep inside and nearby the Nyanyi Beach. For those not aware, it is only 10 minutes to Luna Beach Club by the beach. The service was excellent from the hotel team from their breakfast, which was excellent and the housekeeping team, with welcoming messages and cookies too. The room was really clean and smelled good too. We requested for a motorbike rental and they arranged it accordingly. All communications are via Whatsapp acting as their reception since the cafe/coffeehouse was their operating centre which was very much acceptable. Nonetheless, it was a very good experience and stay for us. Will definitely visit again if we were planning to stay in Canggu. Thank you for the great hospitality.
