Kuta
Booked through Traveloka and mentioned the special request to get the early check in at 12.00 PM on the voucher. However when we arrived at the hotel around 12.30 PM, the staff informed us politely that the room was not ready yet and they guide me to followed the check in procedue (02.00 PM). I should much appreciated their quick service to prepared my room due to after 20 minutes waiting, i've got my room befor 02.00 PM✌🏻 Overall hotel's condition is well maintain, the staff who handled me during check in was so helpful. The room is clean as well and definitely, the stunning view from the sky pool on the sunset time is trully awesome Apart from the above point, hopefully the management will reopen their restaurant soonest considering the demand which was coming from the guest. I've got confused once i used the lift, inside the lift there was still their restaurant promo but when i tried to order, restaurant is closed temporarily. Thus i decided to order some foods from Grab and asked for spoon & fork, the staff said that due to the restaurant is closed, its affected to the cutleries availability (no cutleries avaialable on that time & was so shocking for me)

I had a great experience at this hotel! The service was excellent, and the option to rent a scooter on-site added a convenient and fun aspect to our stay. The hotel restaurant exceeded expectations, and the spa was a delightful retreat. The staff's helpfulness stood out, especially when they accommodated our late check-out and provided a shower facility for our convenience before heading to the airport. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

On the booking site it was written that the check-in from 14:00. We arrived at 15:00, we were told that the room was not ready and asked to wait at the bar. I sat for an hour, after which I myself went to the reception to check if the room was ready. He still wasn't ready. At 16:20 I was given the key. There were 2 pillows in the room, I called the reception to ask for another pillow, because I am pregnant and I just need it for comfort. The receptionist said, ”Yes, of course.” An hour passed, no pillow. I'm calling again. I ask for a pillow. Answer: yes, of course. Another hour passed, no pillow. I had to call again and ask for a pillow. After 2.5 hours, the pillow finally reached my room. The water in the shower does not drain, which is why there is an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. There was no desire to visit this hotel again.
Manzelejepun Luxury Villa & Pavilion

Sanur
This property is even more stunning in person than in photos. It's clearly been very well taken care of and thought out. The owners, the lovely couple were around during our stay and we got to chat with them a few times. They make the time to speak with their guests and also spend time around some days. Although this property is out of the way from the main Sanur beach it is like a sanctuary away from everything. The rooms and spaces are so beautifully done up to feel like a home and there are lots of common spaces to relax, and books to borrow. Although when I first arrived we were brought to a room which I wasn't happy with because it did not match the criteria of what I booked. I booked the Elegance Villa with Terrace and Pool Access but was shown to a room on the second floor. After asking about it I was shown to the room with pool access. When I was looking online before arriving it's clear that the room names are all different across various platforms and a bit confusing. This is something the management should look into streamlining so it's clear online on various platforms which room is which name and that it's the same on all platforms. During our stay we had breakfast a few times and the food was so delicious. The amenities were good and AC worked well. We really enjoyed the bathtub too. It's very worth staying here despite being a little out of the way. Really a gem of a place.

Jimbaran
The best hotel in Bali for 100 dollars to date. (Terrace view too good) I also like the interior of the room so it will be reflected in future immigration. The breakfast was so delicious that I ate more than two plates every day. It was also great to be alone in the pool late at night (Great pool view) The staff were so friendly and the nature of the area didn't mean The staff let us know so we can pick you up at the hotel parking lot. If you like L'Occitane, you'll be happy when taking a shower ~ ^^

Ubud
The staff were really friendly and helpful. The location great and near to Ubud center. The villa was so old unfortunately, there’s water coming from the bathroom selling and the smell is horrible because of old wood and humidity compilations! The bugs yes everywhere, I understand it’s in the middle of forest but there’s ants coming from the wood wall! Also the lights where so weak and depressing! The villa kind of dark ! There was a public swimming pool also, and we had private pool at our villa but it’s so cold due to no Sun ray can reach it( indoor pool) . The message really amazing with big open window front the forest! The view from the villa was phenomenal! They have one restaurant but with delicious food and clean! The gym was closed! But there’s a good news for you! They’re doing a renovation, it’ll take approximately 1 year to finish all villas! So for me I believe I’ll come back for sure after the renovation!
