Stayed at Brits Resort Lovina in preparation for my wedding; having our WO, MUA, and Photographer coming all around our rooms. The space in the room really made us still feel comfortable even having people coming in / out our rooms. Service was great, room was immaculate despite being slightly outdated, public areas including garden, main pool, and pathway to beach were spacious, and breakfast was decent. Highlight would most probably be the Restaurant team who assisted us during breakfast. We were informed that breakfast opened at 07.00 but I needed to be up and got ready early. Therefore, I visited the breakfast restaurant at 06.30 hoping just to get some breads in preparation for my big day. Instead, they opened the buffet early for us and gave us full breakfast service. This is really appreciated. Thank you Brits Resort Lovina team and we are looking forward for our next stay.

I was a very first guest of Cicada Ubud, an Autograph Collection by Marriott Bali Ubud and I came here for the staycation on August 22, 2024. First, from the arrival side review, the review result was excellent and beyond expectation, i was warm welcomed and greet by the General Manager Ibu Reka from the main door of the lobby hotel, this was making me so special, valued and having so memorable arrival experience with Autograph Brand, especially with Cicada Ubud. Also a huge thanks to Ophan, Kartika, and Ina from the front office and guest service, the check in process was so excellent and flawless. I also enjoyed my welcome drink made from a refreshing butterfly pea , its very refreshing, warm and pampering welcome experience of Cicada Ubud. This is a hidden gem for a serene hideaway for a couple traveller. Truly a huge and tremendous guest recognition also coming from Gus Ari, Kris, Ratna, Agus Wira, Angga Permana, Chacha, Candri, Anie, Dewi, Ace, Yumi, Satra Yana and all front office team during the arrival. Then, from the bed room and bathroom side review, the review was also excellent. I love the idea of the bed room and bath room which made us unite with the serene of nature. A tremendous and huge thanks also for our welcome amenity in our room villa, i love the magnificent and wide panoramic view in our room villa. The bathroom and bed room cleanliness also exceed expectation, as the bed was so fresh and clean and the bathroom also clean and spacious. In terms of space, the bedroom villa was so spacious and so fresh, i can easily enjoy the fresh and clean air of Ubud and still the bed room was so clean and fresh, thanks to exceeded services from the Housekeeping team and Wayan Candriani as well. Definitely an intimate serene hideaway retreat for a couple traveller. Also from the food and beverage side review, the review was also excellent. I love my time when having a meal and peaceful retreat at Verdant Restaurant and Tangelo Restaurant. A huge and tremendous thanks to Suta, Novy, Dony and Tria , as she serve me as a family, as a very closed family, and this is an asset for the hotel, they serve from the heart, and they serve me like their family. From the food quality and food taste side review, the review result was also excellent, Autograph Hotel is a premium brand, but Cicada, Autograph Collection Ubud put a great value of the food taste and quality as same equal with a luxury brand level, a tremendous and huge special thanks to Chef Buda, Dewa Putu, Elma and Putu Rama the Bartender at Tangelo Restaurant who always bring the quality and food level of Cicada Autograph Collection Ubud in to Luxury Brand level, awesome and always go exceed my expectation. We do also love the ambience of our dinner time in Tangelo Restaurant especially a special dinner with balinese dance entertainment, absolutely will do coming back again even only stoping by for a memorable diner experience in Sebatu Tegal Alang area. From start to finish, this hotel was amazing, we spent 6 days here in Ubud and did lots of activities. Every single member of staff is a credit to this hotel. So helpful and nothing was to much trouble, communication was brilliant at all times, especially waiter ADI. Made our stay that extra special. Always went out his way to make our day. Telling us of great places to go and visit. The rooms are fabulous and always clean. Restaurant was great. Food exceptional. Loved the Easter night special. About 15 mins away from ubud town we called it ( market etc ) but free shuttle service was brilliant. We have been all over the world., and this is up there with the best of them. Highly recommend

Visited Amandari in March 2024 with my husband and had the most splendid stay. The hotel and the rooms are absolutely stunning and I love the small touches throughout the room and property. The food was great and each meal was better than the last. I absolutely loved the signature Aman cocktails they had to offer. Love the shuttle service from the hotel to the Ubud market, makes it really convenient to step out. The location of the property is really stunning with the view of the valley and convenience to Ubud market, other sightseeing spots. We took the tours to Bali bird and reptile park, some temples and waterfalls, etc. through Aman and were extremely happy with the guides. Mega who was our guide was so sweet and informative and really went out of the way to ensure we had an amazing experience. Also definitely recommend the spa, one of the best massages I have had. Siwi was my therapist and was amazing! Michel (GM) is so delightful to meet and always a pleasure to talk to! All the staff were so sweet and helpful and would go above and beyond to ensure our needs are met, including at the reception when it came to organising our tours or the restaurants to cater to our food requirements. Will most definitely be back!

Awesome resort in the center of Ubud. We can enjoy beautiful scenery of campuhan hill, and swim in infinity pool. The ambience is so calm and relaxing. In the morning we can walk to campuhan hill or just sit and relaxe in the resort. I love the room, large and has a luxury Bali style house... perfect for couple and family. The breakfast is nice, and the best is spagetty 💕👍

The direction and road leading to the resort can be tasting especially at night. Narrow road and no streetlamp. It's a sanctuary by itself and it's excellent just to relax and enjoy the natural surroundings. Far from any amenities and it's inconvenient to move around. Private chartered car is a must; no Grab no Gojek; unless you take local taxi booked via hotel. Moving from room to lobby and dining areas requires much walking up the slope/stairs (cos the hotel is like perched on hil). You can ask for a buggy service (they have 2) and are subject to waiting time if many requests. Room was splendid and view was canopy. WiFi was strong. Room came with complimentary packs of chips and 3 cans of soft drinks. Toilet has no door and showering could be cold cos of air-conditioning. Breakfast was simple. Buffet spread of basic menu like drinks and pastries. One could order from menu. I find this was good cos less wastage Overall, resort personnel were polite and attentive!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were beautiful with lovely little details. Afternoon tea was a lovely touch. A la carte breakfast was delicious. Staff were so helpful at all times, nothing was too much. Pool facilities lovely. Overall a very relaxing and calming hotel but still in the middle of Ubud. Would definitely stay again!

I always love staying at Komaneka Rasa Sayang when in Ubud and have stayed there many times on my own, with friends and with family. My last visit was with my brother who joined me from Cape Town. He absolutely loved it. The service is exceptional and I always feel very spoilt by the amazing staff and it does feel like it is my second home in Bali. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Ubud. From the moment I arrive, I am always welcomed back like family. The rooms are so beautiful and spacious with gorgeous bathrooms and balconies with daybeds overlooking lush greenery. A jar of home made cookies and fruit basket is a lovely touch. The hotel is set back from the main road but it is so peaceful and only steps away from the centre of Ubud with lots of great shops and restaurants and the monkey forest. The pool area is beautiful and relaxing surrounded by palm trees, nature and the sound of running water from the river below. The staff are so attentive at the pool and it is a great spot to enjoy the daily complimentary afternoon tea. The breakfast is delicious and has lots of variety. The restaurant setting is beautiful overlooking the pool. If something is not on the breakfast menu, just ask and the staff will go out of their way to make it for you if possible. I wish to compliment Ari at reception for her exceptional and always polite and friendly service. I did miss seeing Ibu Desak and Sitiari this time. Can’t wait to be back there again

Amazing hotel ! I enjoyed my stay there 🥰 the service was amazing , thanks for the welcoming tea . I upgraded my room to deluxe room cus I wanted to have a bathtub and it was the best decision. The room was very spacious, very clean and authentically beautiful . I had 2 balconies and one of them had a view to Agung mountain 🏔️ The hotel located on rice fields which is very unique and pretty , there are some locations for your pics . The hotel also has a pool, gym, spa and restaurant. I liked the food and everything. Thank you!

I’ve stayed here many times and it’s a great get away from the hustle bustle. But the food is just so bad it’s best to just gojek food from outside. We order pad Thai and it’s honestly one of the cheapest meals to make and yet there’s almost no ingredients. It’s just noodles. And it’s the same for many other dishes .
