The overall environment of the hotel is okay, the hardware facilities are average, and the staff's service attitude is very good. The Wi-Fi network signal in the room is very poor and can only connect up to 2 mobile phones. The price is on the high side.

The location in the middle of the busy center of Balikpapan city is an added value of this hotel. However, I need to convey suggestions to the hotel manager to improve the service facilities in the rooms, the condition of some of the cupboards and bathrooms are damaged (no towels are provided).
