Reviews of Ballarat Premier Apartments

Overnight stay, old school charm, great facilities, clean and close to lots of restaurants and cafes (walking distance). Would definitely stay again

Central location in Ballarat. Room is quite spacious in an old Villa from the 1900s.

The room was nice, but the service was practically nonexistent. The room key was sent via email with the password, and I was left confused at the hotel entrance for ages after not receiving the email. It took several phone calls to figure it out. Check-out was also a self-drop key process, and a few days later, a charge came in saying I used the mini-bar. I didn't even see a staff member during check-in or check-out; was the charge based on a guess? Ctrip couldn't do anything about it, and in the end, they offered a subsidy to make up for the loss. Ctrip is still the most reliable travel agency.

The 2-bedroom, 1-living-room apartment is not good, it is in the parking lot, not in the main building. The door faces a parking space, which makes it inconvenient to go out and get luggage.

Very good value for money, in an old building with a very Australian style
