TownePlace Suites Frederick

Parking was good. Staff was mediocre—misinformed about pillow type, missing from front desk. Coffee and hot water seldom hot. 2/8 times successful at making tea. Otherwise lukewarm. Breakfast good. A/C very loud in room.

I went into my room and the handle was hanging unlike the other doors. After I entered my room and went out to smoke I was unable to get into my room because the battery died on the door. I had to go downstairs and get the attendant to come up and change the batteries in the door.

Everything was great except the breakfast experience. Plus, it was a holiday period with severely limited staff so it’s understandable.

The front desk attendant was very kind and helpful. Great overnight stay.

One elevator not working, pool not working, air conditioning in the hallways not working, breakfast powered eggs absolutely terrible, bacon not cooked enough. Otherwise, could be a great property. Location convenient. Property clean.

Awesome Everything was very good! From checking in to checking out! Room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Amazing

It was not the most comfortable stay, due to issues with the AC just not working as it should. It either kept running, or cut off and didn’t come back on while on auto. In such a small room, I couldn’t have my son sleeping on the pull out bed directly in front of the ac unit. Also, the pull out was not comfortable like one he slept on before so he just stayed in the bed with me. I stayed at a Sterling VA location of this same hotel and it was an amazing 2 bedroom suite. We were only there for the night but the up and down with the AC was frustrating. Aside from that, a lot of places to eat right across the street.
