You can enjoy our in house restaurants and bakery. It is a 10 minute drive from BallinaByron Gateway Airport a 25 minute drive to Byron Bay 1 and 12 hour drive to Gold Coast Theme Parks and Pacific Fair Shopping Centre a 2 hour drive to Brisbane. We have a 24 hour reception desk and a 4 Star Rating. All Hotel Spa Rooms overlook the river. All Suites have kitchenette facilities and living and dining areas. All rooms have access to a shared laundry which is FOC. Room service is available daily from 7 am till late. The hotel features spacious outdoor heated pool shaded children s pool and sun deck. All guests have access to free undercover car parking. All rooms have access to on demand digital movies and complimentary WiFi broadband internet. Good location close to the restaurant but can be noisy from people walking on a Broadwalk and nice waterview from room Lots of dust in a ventilator in a bathroom. Daily housekeeping but tile floor in living area still have same dirty marks and dead insects since day one check in. We stay for 2 nights Great undercover car park

Perfect location. The hotel staff is very friendly & helpful. Love the beautiful view of river, especially the sunset and sunrise. Don’t miss it. Pls enjoy the restaurant & coffee shop around the hotel, good food & drink.
