Candlewood Suites BALTIMORE - INNER HARBOR by IHG

I was not too concerned about amenities during my stay. There is no breakfast, but access to a cupboard with tea, hot chocolate, and coffee. The first floor is under construction. The automatic doors are slow to open. I watched several frustrated customers barrel through the doors as if they were push to open. The staff laughed at anyone who came up to the front desk with a request such as new sheets, extra towels, and extra blankets. This location is on a busy street, so the road/ traffic noise is loud.

The room was fine. No issues. Immediate hot water. Good downtown ocation. Building and interior a little dated. Worth the price.

The Staff was very professional, kind, caring and friendly. They checked us in very quickly and very respectful. The room was clean and full of great Supplies. I will patronized them whenever am in Baltimore or any other Cities. Overall Excellent.

Staff was really good, which is why I’m giving a high score. Room was clean. There was a full fridge and small stovetop. The snow wasn’t shoveled out well around most of downtown Baltimore, which made it harder to unload luggage and hop into an Uber. Call ahead to ensure you park in a lot that is open all night. We almost got stuck in the city an extra night. That was our fault not the hotel.

The room was incredibly clean, kitchen was nicely stocked with dishes, fridge and kitchen area very clean. Comfy bed with nice linens. I loved having access to a free washer/dryer. Staff was friendly and accommodating. I will definitely stay again!

The whole experience was horrible the room was nothing we expected the appliances didn’t work the customer service suck the staff wasn’t friendly and it was no parking like the reservation said the house keepers were nowhere to be found I’m very disappointed

The room is not cleaned as it should be. The heater is so loud and there’s a smell of **** coming from the heater..

Let me first say that the front desk staff was great. It’s not their fault that the hotel needs so much work. To get hot water you had to run all faucets at the same time for at least 15 min and until you were done . Bathroom door would not open fully, closet door would not open. Holes in walls. Huge scrapes along the wall.
