The location of the property was convenient. The hotel staff were all professional and kind. My major concern is the turnover of the hotel room. The hotel mentions the room is cleaned every other day, well the room was not cleaned at all during the entire stay, someone could have at least changed the towels. Also the heat in the room was horrible on cold nights we frequently turned the thermostat up high only to still feel cold.

Our stay was pleasant , staff was extremely kind until our very last day upon checked out in the very early morning. The front desk attendant was rude and seemed annoyed that we work her to check out. The valet took 30 minutes to find the keys to our to which another attendant has , “ up the street ”. Overall, I would still give our stay a 4/5.

we stayed as a family of 4 with a toddler. the breakfast was good and hot and there were hot beverages available at all times. the staff was amazing.

Hotel impressed as soon as arriving. All employees we encountered were nothing but exceptional. The location was great, super close to the harbor, and had two convivence store right around the corner as well as a wine store, two bars and a nice restaurant just moments walk around the corner.

Warm, friendly staff (especially Gloria!) made us feel right at home in this modern, well-appointed property. Tasty, free breakfast in a nice lobby setting was a bonus! We loved our stay (for Night of 100 Elvises!).

The hotel was conveniently located to the inner harbor area and attractions such as the national aquarium. They advertise a pool and it looks nice in the pictures. In reality, it was really not clean. There were hairs floating around on the top of the water, there were no towels, and we even found a ROACH! The employees seemed like they were concerned when we mentioned it. The rooms are decently nice, but our bed was really squeaky and anytime we moved it would wake the other. For the price they are charging a night they should offer cleaner accommodations.

Very nice and well maintained property. Check in was easy and they accommodated our need for a room close to the elevator. The only issue we ran into is with the valet parking. First its outrageously priced at $42 but we waited for 20 minutes before the front desk clerk agreed to take our keys to give to the valet when they showed up. Another couple said they had been waiting 45 minutes to get their car. The front desk said we would be comped the parking so that was a great gesture on Hampton Inn's part. Hopefully i will see this confirmed when we check out tomorrow.

The hotel lobby was very nice. I did not expect the valet parking which for me was kind of a pain to have to keep waiting for your car everytime you wanted to leave. The first room I booked did not look like the picture online and I was upset. It was epensive and my room looked dark and dreary. No couch no pictures on the walls. It was dismal. I went down to the main desk. The staff was very helpful and friendly and within no time my room was changed to a much nicer one.
Every single person that worked there had a friendly smile on their face and was willing to help. Overall it was a pleasant stay and I would stay again.

Check in was delayed because someone put my wrong first name on the reservation. Not sure where that originated. But the room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast was good and plentiful except they ran out of 2% milk for the cereal.
