We travel a lot, have stayed in many different hotels / motels. This is easily the single worst experience of years of touring.
To start, we had an issue with the names on the room reservation. I made a call to the front desk on the way to the hotel. We simply wanted them to be aware of the fact that one room was assigned to an individual who could not be at check in and we were going to check in with another individuals name. I was greeted with an attitude that did not convey welcome, and a complete unwillingness to do the most simple of things. Keep in mind, we were staying here for about 5 hours tops. We had just finished a performance in Philadelphia and had a very early performance in Baltimore. They forced me to go through the arduous task of speaking to ********** to get the name changed.
The rooms were dirty which hid the fact that they needed a major remodeling. The water was a consistent color of yellow to rust.
Our recomendation to you is if you have a choice between America's Best Value Inn Baltimore and staying in your car; choose your car.
