Echarm Hotel (Hechi Bama)

The hotel boasts an excellent location in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The lobby is clean and bright. The rooms are spacious, and the bathroom features a convenient wet/dry separation. Amenities like the air conditioning and TV work perfectly, and the linens are soft and spotless. Laundry and parking facilities are readily available. They've really paid attention to the details, making for a truly relaxing stay.

Great location, quiet surroundings, and the hotel's interior is clean and well-organized. The room gets plenty of natural light and has good ventilation. Appliances are in perfect working order, and the internet speed is fast. The desk, chairs, wardrobe, and vanity are all clean and well-maintained. The facilities are clearly looked after, creating a very pleasant overall living atmosphere.

This branch in Bama County is slightly inferior to the Jingxi store, but the bedding and service are excellent. The price is a bit high, so the value for money isn't outstanding, but it's still a recommended place to stay.

Right at the crossroads, so parking was easy. Breakfast was pretty basic. The room was well-equipped, but maybe because Bama water is famous, when I asked the staff for two bottles of water, they said there was a limit. Plenty of places to eat nearby though.

The hotel's location is fantastic, with parking available both in front and behind the building. The accommodation is excellent, with spacious and bright rooms. The hotel breakfast is also very generous, and the front desk service is great and welcoming. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on future visits.

I stayed one night, and the next morning the toilet wouldn't flush. I told the cleaning staff about it before going out. When I returned to the hotel in the evening, the front desk hadn't said anything, so I assumed it was fixed and used the toilet, but it wasn't fixed at all. Apparently, the cleaning staff couldn't fix it themselves and just left it there without telling the front desk. I was furious, protested to the front desk, and got a room change. When things like this happen, I can't help but think that Chinese people are irresponsible. It was nice that orange juice and tea were available in the lobby for guests to drink anytime. There was also orange juice at breakfast, which was great since I don't drink milk. Breakfast had a wide variety of dishes, including dessert.

Facilities: Standard and sufficient. Cleanliness: Relatively clean and tidy. Environment: Located on a main road, the entrance is somewhat cluttered. Service: Warm and attentive. The security guard on duty at the entrance was particularly helpful, proactively assisting us with finding a parking space and directing parking.

The Yishang Hotel Bama branch I chose this time is the best in this county town for its price range. The lobby has a simple and stylish design, is spacious and clean, the corridors are quiet with soft music, the view from the windows is beautiful, the streets are very clean, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel is excellent. I was very satisfied with my stay. The gym/laundry room is open 24 hours a day, the facilities are in good working order, and there is a free laundry delivery service. There are plenty of parking spaces, so parking is convenient.

Booked two rooms and called twice to request invoices after check-out, but no one followed up. Bad review
