everything was great just that the toilet smelled extremely funky and things were breaking apart here and there.

There was water by the window when we checked in, found that the window was ajar. Black residue was present on the bed nearer to the aircon. Keep dropping on the bed throughout the stay. There are ants in the toilet and pantry table. There also mini fridge. No parking coupons if you drive as well.

The room was very comfortable, spacious, clean, and fully equipped. However, we had to pay for parking ourselves. Parking under the building started at 9 PM, and we checked out at 10:30 AM. The total parking fee was RM9.50, which was quite expensive.

1) No water heater 2) Air conditioning not strong enough to cool 3) The toilet was just… there (basic/barely functional) 4) The surrounding area is quite quiet & dark 5) Lots of hair fall (found in the room) The hotel really needs to upgrade many things.

On the contrary, everything was okay and comfortable... thank you so much.

Arrived hotel at 2.30pm. And the room is still not ready. We managed to check in at 3pm. The room is supposed to be ready by 2pm since the check in time is 2pm. There was no water supply and the management asked to wait 2 to 3 hours to get water supply. We waited until 7pm and still no water. Imagine we traveled from Johor. We are 6 of us. We went out for dinner and back to room at 12am and still no water. We slept in a thought of there will be water supply in the morning. Woke up at 7am and still no water. I contacted hotel management at 7am requested for water with bucket. We received mineral water at 11 am. Very bad service. Bathroom is not clean and the curtain can't be closed fully. Need alot of maintenance. The worst hotel I have stayed. People, please read the reviews before booking this hotel.

Quite an interesting hotel. The location is very strategic. Shops are nearby, and Bangi Uptown is also just a stone's throw away.

Satisfied. Excellent 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 Just the parking is a bit of a hassle, you have to find it a little further away. Overall 8/10

the olace was so clean lift also working well the time for checkin quiet late which not sharp 2pm quite but everything well
