Great service, we dropped our tng card at exit and the hotel receptionist found it and help us to keep it

selesa..the receptionist wallahi i forgot his name..i requested for valet parking as i have 2 elder and 2 baby with me and he just gave me reserved parking exactly in front of hotel main door..thank you so much dear.. this hotel really near to IOI mall putrajaya..

We stayed very brief just overnight.We just landed in KLIA and plan to drive south but turn out we are very sleepy. Great location, very clean and comfortable.Dont be deceived by its exterior look!Its really modern kind of hotel.

Booked for 3 people - 2 rooms with breakfast using app, but staff at counter told me I paid for breakfast for 6 people. Advised me to book rooms separately so that I don't pay extra. Cannot refund bcoz paid thru app. Aircon for one room not working. Temp 16 degrees but feel warm air. 😢😕 Shower only had hot water. Mother cannot shower properly, water too hot. Maintenance came, and said aircon spoilt. I just mentioned shower, he said too hot yah? Change room at 11pm. Even in the new room, maintenance had to wash aircon filters to make it cooler. I feel management need to check the rooms before assigning to guests.

Eventhough there is no much anything here but the staffs and room were really great. Breakfast was ok. Thank you Park Inn By Raddisson

Good location . Parking is RM 1 need to validate at receipt ion upon checkout.

The location was close to where I needed to be—I stayed for three nights. I arrived quite late and the hotel does have 24-hour room service which is excellent. The room was small but clean. They clean the room daily and replace new towels. The car park was spacious and you had to pay just RM1 for exit. The water pressure for the shower is good. There's a bit smell coming from the bathroom but usually it's gone after you've had a shower. I make sure I keep the bathroom door closed at all times. Upon check-in, the reception all friendly. Very attentive. Overall, the experience was good.

Consider moderate good for a four stars. The cons is that if you got a room facing expressway there will be noise from the muffler exhaust.
