Overall is fantastic, room is spacious. Love the bathroom so much because of the anti slip pebbles flooring. Worth the stay!

That said, it’s still the best hotel in the Klang area in terms of service, facilities, and location. Would definitely stay again.

receptionist is not good at speaking Malay even though he lives in Malaysia. many tourists from China. if you are on vacation with family it is not suitable. need to remember to put a deposit of rm100 even though you have paid the room price. many abandoned buildings around

The toilet in the room was a little choked, need to flush twice to get it clean. Services at reception was friendly and prompt. When we give feedback on the mirror breakage at the power point for electric kettle, the service man came to take a look quickly. Overall, the hotel room is clean and tidy. This is the 2nd time we stayed within 6 months and we will come back again.

Room is big and clean. Breakfast is delicious. My child like to play at the hotel kids club, a lot toys and games to play inside. Aeon mall is located opposite the hotel. Nearby has a lot chinese restaurant (around 2km). Driving 10 minutes can reach I-city theme park. Recommended.

Pleasure to stay here...kali ni dpt level rendah but the view are the best. Near to Aeon n main road, easy to find restaurant n fast-food. Definitely will come again.

Very bad service, bad room , small and dirty , high price ,I booked two room by mistake , actually I just need one , I asked for rerun , they say can’t return, as I saw no friendly to Chinese people at all

The room is spacious and easily accessible, with the convenience of an AEON store within walking distance. The toilet cleanliness is acceptable, but there’s room for improvement in the overall cleanliness of the room, particularly the desk and pillows. The pillows, in particular, seemed to retain a smell from the previous guest, which could be addressed for a better experience.
