A bit outdated in the decor department. Lowly lit old fashioned lobby area. Room had an exceptionally small window keeping the room darker than normal without the lights on in the daytime. NOT a value coming from a Lifetime Marriott Titanium Member?

The hotel has a dedicated underground parking lot, and the rooms are very hygienic and clean! The most important thing is that the hotel is very close to the center of Banff, and you can walk there!

The highlight was the fireplace in the room. It made it very cosy and warm. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was great but the restaurant had no vegan/vegetarian options.

Great stay. Comfortable room and beds. Pool, hot tub and sauna were all really good. Would definitely stay here again. Great location within easy walking distance to everything.

We loved the mineral hot tub and hotel was very quiet. We did not like initially being put in a room right next to the excavator construction next door. The bottom sheets were weirdly not tucked in.

The general layout of the room was nice. Nice to have two sinks. Odd that the closet was in the bathroom and the safe at such a low level. Having a fireplace in the room that actually heated the room was nice. Appreciated the blackout shades very much. The room was very quiet even though it was near the soda machine. There was one day we didn't get maid service. The service and food in the restaurant were horrible and it was noisy even with only two other guests. The first time we pulled into the garage, our car windows fogged on both the outside and inside it was so humid in there. It got better when we used the AC. The garage was too hot.
