Rare stay in hostel. Rooms are clean and basic. Check out delayed due to insistence they actually return deposit (cash). Fantastic location.

The location is excellent — 5/5 for being so close to downtown Banff and easy access to shops, restaurants, and transit. However, the price felt a bit steep. Paying $95 for just a bunk bed seems too high.

I had a very comfortable stay. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and I was able to fully recover from the fatigue of my trip. The staff were friendly, and I felt at ease from check-in to check-out. The great location, convenient for sightseeing and travel, was also a big plus. If I come to this city again, this is a hotel I would definitely stay at.

The room was dimly lit, and the shower room floor was not clean. The bed creaked when I turned over. I use a hairdryer, so I wish there was a door between the bedroom and bathroom. It bothered me when I used it myself. The staff were friendly and willing to help with things like taking out my laundry. It was nice to be able to stay cheaply during high season. The kitchen smelled bad. The free breakfast muffins were good.

The location is great, but the room was a bit cramped when I checked in, the bathroom wasn't very clean, and the bedside lamp wasn't working. But I only stayed for one night, so overall it was okay. The location is on the street, which is quite convenient!

It was very nice. The facilities were clean, quiet, and comfortable. Even with the late check-in time, the staff was very helpful. I would definitely visit again :)

The bathroom exhaust system was noisy, and the paint on the roof was peeling. The exhaust system was broken, making smoking impossible. But the bedding was clean and the mattress was comfortable. Breakfast had to be made yourself, and without eggs, it was too basic.

It's a cheap option, but it provides breakfast and free parking. The heating in the room is too strong, so it's a bit hot to sleep.
