This stay was quite disappointing. The property does not have proper measures in place to ensure guests check out on time, which caused delays in housekeeping. As a result, I had to wait approximately 3 hours past the scheduled check-in time before I could access my room, which significantly disrupted my plans and convenience. According to the housekeeper, the previous guest checked out late, so the room could not be cleaned on time.
In addition, there were many flies inside the accommodation, which was quite disturbing and made the environment uncomfortable. Furthermore, the only way to contact the property was via WhatsApp, and the response time was very slow, making it difficult to get timely assistance.
Overall, the management and service are not professional. Improvements are needed in checkout management, cleanliness, and communication channels to provide a better guest experience.
