Cheap price, good location, a little walk to the sea. The accommodation offers a 24-hour shuttle service. The room is well soundproofed, the air conditioner is cool, there is breakfast, but it's chicken porridge that comes to the room. If it's a buffet style at the restaurant, it will be very good. Another thing that I like is having a pool villa too.

They lived on the villa N10, at the very end of the pool. The villa went out with windows to the wall of the nearby hotel, not to the pool. But the windows could be kept open in the day. In the rest of the villas the windows were curtained because the swimming pool was a room. There are no safes in the rooms - they are in the corridor behind the respiratory, locked on their locks - take away from the house. Very good location - opposite the beach of Dongtan. On the left and right two excellent cafes where you can have breakfast and lunch. 7/11 Next, behind the corner - Krungsri ATMs, tuck-tucks in the center of Pattaya.

High rise apartments which I suspect is under management on behalf of owners. Furnishings are modern with good bathroom facilities. Stayed on the 28th floor with spectacular views of Jomtien Beach. Biggest letdown was communication as there is no on site office. No compendium in the apartment to advise how to operate facilities. Heard there were 3 pools and found the rooftop on 38th floor but no advice on other locations nor of any other facilities. Limited kitchen facilities and no jug to boil water so guess work on the microwave. Probably the biggest disappointment was being refused a second room card so not ideal if we wanted to do different things.

Stayed in room 1150. Remember there are two buildings, we searched for our room in the wrong building (part of a tour so no bell boy!) The room was decent size and had a bath and shower. The bath water was not very hot, so a tepid bath was all we could have. Lots of free amenities and the best was nice with good pillows. The connecting room doors meant we could hear the people next door a lot, but they were friends. There is a bowling alley and snooker room and the pool was great. The breakfast was substantial, not much in the way for vegetarians, I had scrambled egg, potatoes and egg rice, but nice cakes and fruit, overall it was enough but maybe a vegetarian option or two would be nice. Overall the hotel is clean and well presented and definitely value for money. One point for the hotel, clean under the beds!!! Dust build up was umm a lot... We will stay again for sure, and close to the beach (100 metres and you are in the water.)

The family room booked is quite large. Complete facilities and complete washing supplies, timely replacement. There are 2 small swimming pools, which may be related to the epidemic. The residents except our family are all Westerners. The location is good, you can reach Zhongtian Beach within ten minutes' walk, and it is more than 2 kilometers to the pedestrian street. You can take a double-carriage, and it's very cheap to take 10 bars per person. There are many restaurants and bars around, it is very lively at night. Breakfast is included in the room, but the variety of breakfast is relatively monotonous. We stayed for 6 nights. The last 2 days of breakfast buffet only had bread, salad and fruit. The main dish became a combined order, and each person could only order one. enough. Seems to have parking lot
