The Journey Hotel Bangna

The location is not far from the airport, hence there is nothing around, except 7-11 in the front of the hotel. The room is simple, spacious, clean with modern style decorations.

Hidden Gems Hotel is a great place to stay. Everything was good , parking, hotel staff, and the fast check-in process. There were only two minor downsides: the bed was a bit too firm for my preference, and when I asked to borrow a spoon, I was given a plastic one instead of a regular spoon. Overall, it is good value for money, and I would return again.

Very good location, close to the airport and have convenient store next to the hotel. The room is new and comfy, also clean. I like wooden floor 😊

Hotel is ok EXCEPT they have filthy, moldy air conditioners. It was in my first room so I changed. The next room was worse, so bad that even the curtains near the A/C smelled like mold. It was hard to sleep and I woke up with nasal congestion and a sore throat. This is irresponsible management and POOR cleaning standards.

Clean room but bed is uncomfortable

Great stay if you have a car or use Grab/Bolt, as it's not really walkable from public transport. The room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained. I was very impressed with the service - the staff were smiling and very helpful. Amenities are minimal (no hair towels or toothbrushes), but overall a good experience.

Very cute and convenient for 1-2 nights stay. I got to check in earlier, right before 13! I only stayed one night to be close to Mega Bangna for shopping 🤓 the room is really cute and spacious, and cafe is amazing! Loved the matcha and the breakfast set! However, there’s nothing around the hotel and also I had issues with mosquitoes in the room. Couldn’t sleep well at all unfortunately 😔 got bitten 4 times. But for the price and cafe, I’d come back. Just make sure you get a proper room with no mosquitoes!

Nice and clean hotel, the staffs are also very nice and helpful 24 hours, the bed is firm and comfortable with softly good pillows. I also like the coffee bar at the lobby is tasty.
