I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, allowing me to have a good night’s sleep after a long day. The room was equipped with all the necessary amenities, including reliable Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a television, and complimentary bottled water. One of the highlights of my stay was the cleanliness. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, keeping the room tidy and fresh. The bathroom was also spotless and stocked with sufficient toiletries. I appreciated the modern design and the thoughtful layout, which made the room feel both comfortable and functional. The hotel staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with any requests. Check-in and check-out procedures were smooth and efficient. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants, shopping areas, and transportation options. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The combination of comfortable accommodation, excellent service, and convenient location made this hotel a great choice. I would highly recommend it to both business and leisure travelers and would be happy to stay here again in the future.

I absolutely love this hotel! It has everything: a coffee shop, laundry, supermarket, massage, beauty salon, conference rooms, game room, sauna, gym, and a swimming pool. The airport shuttle service is amazing, even running in the middle of the night. I immediately extended my stay for another night (booked the shuttle for 3 AM the next morning). (However, getting to the city center is quite a trek.) The hotel staff told me it's better to just take a taxi directly than to take the MRT and then a taxi. I tried it today, and they were right – the MRT takes ages and doesn't save much money.

The room was clean and tidy, and overall I felt quite safe. The hotel lobby is well-equipped with a restaurant, bar, and shops. The floor insulation isn't great; I could constantly hear my upstairs neighbors dropping things, and it was quite loud. However, the hotel's convenience is excellent. From Suvarnabhumi Airport, exit gate 8 on the 3rd floor, walk through the 5-story airport parking garage, take the elevator down to the 1st floor, cross the road, and you're there. Navigation apps were funny: Gaode (Amap) told me it would take two and a half hours to walk, and Apple Maps wanted me to take a long detour. In the end, by just observing the distance between buildings and looking at a map, I got there in 10 minutes.

I enjoyed my stay and would book it again. My flight arrived in BKK 1:50am so I wanted a place nearby to rest. BestBed was perfect because it was a super quick Grab trip (140baht) and the reception is open 24 hours. I got a single room and was able to get a good night of sleep. The bed is firm and comfortable. The room is small and there's no windows but that didn't matter. Oh, the AC was shared with the room next door hehe. That was something new. But also okay. There's a rooftop with direct view to the airport, a common area with ac, a big 7-Eleven right next to the hostel. Everything is clean and they are very welcoming. Great option if you need to stay by the airport!

The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, which made it a great choice for an overnight stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my visit, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool and comfortable. However, there were a few issues with cleanliness and maintenance. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell, and there was a noticeable layer of dust on top of the refrigerator, which made the room feel less clean than expected. Overall, the location, staff, and air conditioning were excellent, but I hope the hotel improves its housekeeping and bathroom maintenance.

We booked Cozy Blu Suvarnabhumi just for one night between flights and were pleasantly surprised. The hotel feels newer and more stylish than most airport options in this price range. Our room was spacious enough, with a comfortable bed and blackout curtains that actually blocked the light well. Everything was clean when we arrived. What stood out most was the outdoor pool area — it has a nice modern design and was quiet in the evening. Staff were polite and efficient at check-in, even though we showed up quite late. The free shuttle to the airport in the morning was convenient and on time. It’s not in a super lively neighborhood, so don’t expect restaurants right next door, but for a simple and comfortable overnight stay near Suvarnabhumi it did the job really well. Good value and would recommend for short transit stays

Stayed here for one night because it’s very close to the airport — and for that purpose it works perfectly. Check-in was easy and convenient after a late arrival. However, it’s quite loud. You can clearly hear planes and general outside noise, so it’s not somewhere I’d choose for a longer or relaxing stay. Overall: good for a quick overnight stop before/after a flight, but not ideal if you want proper rest or comfort for multiple nights.

The only advantages of this hotel are green quiet territory, friendly staff and location which is close to the airport and good shopping area. But if you like comfort and decent service this is a wrong place. The rooms are very old with bad smell, the amenities are run-down, towels and bedsheets are not clean. Sunbeds near the pool are wet and without umbrellas. Paragon Inn has a good potential but it needs a lot of renovation and different approach to managing. We wouldn't be back again and it is disappointing as it was our second stay there, nothing has improved and got worse.

At first we were assigned a room that was totally different from the reservation, but they immediately changed us to another one that matched. Breakfast is pretty good. Right next to a 7 eleven and you can also find some places to eat nearby. Would totally recommend.

The room was very dirty. The sheets were stained and had clearly not been changed since the previous guest. I found a dead bedbug on the mattress. The nighttime front desk staff was very rude. The only nice thing about this place is the location, as it’s very close to the airport. However, it is also directly beside a highway and is very noisy at night. Don’t stay if you’re a light sleeper or bring earplugs.
