Divalux Resort and Spa Bangkok, Suvarnabhumi Airport-Free Shuttle

Room 2404 - The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in Bangkok. Paid for such a condition. You do not qualify as a resort how can you give such a room for a customer to stay? Compensation they suggested and they refuse to refund. 1st Attempt : A Starbucks coffee ? I rejected. 2nd Attempt : Their own hotel car to airport which there is already existing shuttle service and that is why I choose them INITIALLY. In the end there’s nothing they offer only a sorry. Wear and tear everywhere: • The white baseboards/skirting along the walls are chipped, peeling, and dirty in several spots. Looks like they’ve been like that for some time. • Door corners and hinges show scuffs and marks. • The shower head and mixer tap have visible black gunk, rust, or buildup around the joints and holder. Water spots and grime are pretty obvious. • One of the door stoppers on the floor is loose or broken, sitting weirdly with some debris around it. Maintenance issues: • The shower hose and fittings look old and not sparkling clean. • A close-up of the shower bracket shows it’s cracked and the plastic parts are broken. • White tiles have stains with mold and marks along the edges. • The bed sheet has some yellowish stains or marks — not a great first impression when you pull back the covers. • Carpet edges near furniture look stained, dusty or worn. • Wooden surfaces (table, bed frame) have scratches and dents. • The Samsung TV remote is placed on a table that also has visible chips on the edge.

I always stay at this hotel. Located near the airport, perfect if you have a layover on your trip. The pool is amazing and the service is good. I always go shopping on the different outlet malls. I will for sure book this hotel next time I come to Bangkok.

Very helpful and convenient. The shuttle van from and to airport is free and practical. Room is spacious with a pool view and super clean. Food is delicious and very affordable.

There was a cockroach in the shower as the shower sink barely work, anytime you take a shower it will flood the bathroom floor. Staff was not helpful we had to take our own luggage to the room and back to check out.

The hotel location is nearby airport but there is not much restaurant nearby so you might be feel hard to find food other than the hotel cafe. My room have mosquito due to its ground floor and nearby the plants area. The room with strong scent when I check in which is not favourable for me. Others is good and fine for me.

My experience at this hotel was mixed. While the property has a resort-like feel which is nice for being near Bangkok, the service was incredibly disappointing. The room cleanliness was poor, with dust present, and housekeeping was unresponsive. We often had to call multiple times and wait over an hour for them to come. The restaurant service was also very slow. Worse still, for a supposed five-star resort, they were not vegan-friendly and seemed completely unaware of how to handle food allergies, which is difficult to understand for a hotel in Bangkok. Though the breakfast buffet had a large spread, the food was repetitive with little variety over our week-long stay. The location is also far from the city centre. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it if you value efficient service, cleanliness, or have dietary requirements.

Good air port shuttle bus service. Room is large enough and feel like resort although location is BKK.
