Small room but clean, the staffs are helpful and friendly. Will continue to stay with them on my next visit to Bangalore. Breakfast spread is okay with me.

I didn’t see food service in room I have order food but when i open I’m shocked because all food cool and roti is so hard I didn’t see in my life roti like this Please try to serve hot food

I had a nice experience at this property. The staff were very courteous and helpful. Special shoutout to Aditya kumar from the restaurant, he was just great! It’s folks like him that make the difference. Kudos to HolidayInn for having such folks on the team.

Today I was visited for lunch one guy taking my order but he didn't mention anything about the timings and after 40 minutes later he surving the water bottle without water glass and he is missing even he was not on the Restaurant after 1 hours later he surving the food but without spoons and forks. First time I was visited IHG hotel group hotel but I think this is like Oyo or Road side Dhaba food quality is very bad and i order one butter chicken that wastotally spoilt and very sour. I informed one guy regarding this but he just ignore and give me bill. After food no one is asking about the food even they are not clear the table also I am asking for tissues he just ignore again. Very bad sarvice and food quality also, please look this matter IHG Management team. Overall my experience totally very bad and i am very disappointed.

Dinner buffet was good , but have limited variety, but provided foods were good. Arvind in food court responsed timely. Room was bit small , comfortable for one , locker , mini bar available , daily essential were provided on request, room service was good

Pathetic experience. Very small rooms, no wordrobe in the room. It's feel like a lodge. During checkin they took complete payment of my 4 days stay. They said it's hotel policy. This I seen first time. Normally maximum you have to pay some advance or half of total amount during checkin. You yourself have to carry laundry and drop to reception, no body will pick up. If you order any paid food, u have to make payment at time of delivery, they will not accept to take this amount at final checkout billing. I will never stay again in this hotel.

We experienced several issues during our stay, but PRAVEEN KUMAR from your engineering department was incredibly helpful in resolving many problems in our room, his kindness and professionalism truly stood out. He truly is a gem of a person, and we are really glad to him.

I have stayed in HolidayInn Express before and yeshwantpur was a very pleasent surprise and welcome change.. The team here is very friendly and courteous specially Joshy in Service..and the F&b manager who understood about our requirement as a family travelling with a child. Over all they are really good

Very nice restaurant , with warm ambience and good food. Rooms are also good with requisite amenities.Accessability from beside mall and metro station also for any quick city connect. Very nice overall experience and amazing ambience to stay.

Hotel service and staff very cooperative Mr Arvind has been great in service Hotel is good but room size is small but sufficient for me as single occupancy Rooms are comfortable beds are clean good hygiene is maintained wifi is fast and very easy to access
