Budget hotel!

It is a great hotel for the price. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. The hot water works well and there are many shops around, so it is very convenient.

This hotel is such a scam. It doesn’t look anything like in the photos. The rooms are old, they don’t give shampoo or soap or even water. We had to buy every little essentials ourselves, But it’s fine I thought as long as I get to sleep in a bed. The receptionist was not helpful at all when I told him that I wanted to extend my stay for one more day. He outright told me to do it online myself, I asked him twice that won’t the hotel atleast help in extending it? No. I thought ok let me just do it myself and I did the booking again online, showed him and asked if it’s fine, the receptionist said yes it’s okay. The next day was our original check out but I had extended it to the day after. So thinking that everything was fine with the rebooking, me and my family went out with our plans for the day. Around noon we get call from this hotel to vacant our room immediately. Now we were 1 1/2hours away from the hotel, it wasn’t possible for us to leave. So I asked the manager of the hotel to just use their extra keys for the room, pack our things and just shift it to the new room. I said we give you 100% consent to do that. But the manager gives this excuse that they lost the extra key. Which is so jarring because what hotel doesn’t have extra keys with them. They were pressurising us to come back to the hotel, saying that they had another customer for the room we were staying in. I took my whole family, booked an uber and went back. When we reached, we see the manager and some staff packing our things and shifting it to the new room. I immediately asked the manager where had he find the keys to the rooom when earlier he said they had lost the extra keys. He says because we were not coming he had asked his staff to find it. I argued with him that the hotel staff had all the time yesterday and in the morning to inform us that we had to shift to a new room. When I had shown the receptionist the rebooking he had said okay, didn’t say anything about shifting to a new room or even the new room number. In the morning they saw us leaving but didn’t bother to inform. Then the manager lies and tells me that he had called someone from my family to inform about the room change. I bluntly asked him to show me the number which he called, cause I knew he was lying out of his teeth. He didn’t show me the call logs and then accepted their fault that there was miscommunication on their part, and that they should have informed us about the changes in new booking. Now after torturing us, pressuring us to come back and shift to the new room, they think an apology would suffice. It was our last day in Bangalore and had to deal with such incompetent hotel staff, it ruined our last day. Don’t book at this hotel. If you have the money just go for 5 star hotels or some recognisable hotels with good reviews. Worst hotel experience I have ever had.

The location is Easy to Find, Food not available, If we book an hourly Stay, they don't give rooms, even if they have Rooms availability.. They says No Rooms, cancel and book for Full day.

Property location good Cleanliness needs attention the reception and staff are not bothered to pick up luggage no one to guide to the room no food facility but zomato was allowed toll the room TV was there but no connection even for 2 days

Place was decent amd quiet. Located on road and nearby to many places .According to the location prices were also decent,one can have a comfortable stay at the property.

It was nice and comfortable stay,on road property and in a prime area,rooms were also decent according to the pricing.

I stayed at Hotel Octave Double Road for two days during my trip to Bangalore and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. The hygiene and cleanliness standards were very poor — the bathrooms were dirty and had a persistent bad smell. Basic amenities such as drinking water were not provided in the room, the TV was non-functional, and there was no phone to contact the reception or housekeeping. Despite raising these concerns, no housekeeping service was provided. The staff at both the reception and housekeeping departments were unhelpful and rude, often responding to queries without patience or courtesy. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Hotel is preety much clean. staffs are very much comfortable. CCTV surveillance feels us safe. Basic amenities are Good. had a pleasant stay with octave hotel double road Bangalore.

The location and hotel was nice. But there was no WiFi. Water pressure was bad next. And there are no amenities would definitely look other option next time. Wasted time of door lock. It was getting jammed not acceptable.

They took charges for extra bed but did not provide extra bed. Even water was not provided .

It's completely different from the pictures shown and no proper maintenance. No food no breakfast its completely waste of money

Really nice locality bus stop near by good connectivity from major city landmarks also name is big !!! every one whatever it may be courier boy, food delivery boy knows this hotel very easy to find
