The hotel held a lovely welcome ceremony upon our arrival, which was a nice touch. The breakfast selection was decent, and I appreciated that the chef personally went around to check on guests' experiences. The staff were all very friendly, and I had a great time staying here (:

We visited Momo for birthday lunch today. The food was excellent and the service exceptional. We would like to thank Manager Souma and staff Nithin in particular for the way they looked after us, going above and beyond to ensure that we were very well looked after and our needs catered to. Thank you for a memorable Sunday lunch. We cannot wait to be back!

Nice housekeeping staff.....Govinda is doing his job fabulous and really nice and most importantly clean environment.....Hotel is really living to its class by keeping every bit of us hygienic....staffs are really awesome....very friendly and feel like home...thank you.

Went to Momo Cafe for lunch and it did not disappoint. The buffet spread was great — fresh, tasty, and lots of variety. Anas was super attentive and really made the experience better. Great food, great service, definitely recommending this place!

We visitied Momo Cafe for a brunch. It was a nice experience. Food is great. There is a decent spread. Service on the table 2as exceptional. Anas was really good with the service. Service at most of the live counters (except grill counter) was good too.

Still the Best Courtyard in the World! Exceptional Service for Titanium Members, as a Titanium Bonvoy member who frequently stays at Marriott properties world-wide. This property has a strong service oriented team that goes above and beyond. Of special mention are the following team members: Anil (Concierge): Absolutely phenomenal concierg!! He flawlessly coordinated all of our logistics, from our initial airport pickups to our daily office transportation and catered to our team's needs. Chef Vijay: The dining experience was outstanding. Chef Vijay beautifully curated every meal, showcasing incredible culinary talent and attention to detail. Always approachable and willing to offer special dishes to experience his teams diverse culinary selections. Chethan (Front Desk): Exceptional hospitality. She handled all front desk needs efficiently, with care, a beautiful smile and solutions oriented attitude. At one point, she went out of her way to help me get connected to the hotel's internet. If you want a stress-free, premium experience in Bengaluru, this is the place to stay. You can truly count on Anil, Chef Vijay, and Chethan to anticipate your needs and make your stay special. I already look forward to my next return!

I stay at the Courtyard Marriott on Outer Ring Road in Bangalore pretty often, and it's never let me down. From the second you walk in, the staff is extremely friendly, and they actually notice the little things. I have to call out Anil Kumar specifically. He runs the concierge and transport side of things and honestly, he's the reason a lot of my trips go smoothly. Airport pickups, last-minute cars when my schedule blows up, getting me to meetings on time, he handles all of it without me having to chase anyone. He'll also tell you where to actually eat or what's worth seeing if you've got a free evening. The guy goes out of his way every single time, and you can tell he genuinely cares whether your stay goes well. The food's been great every visit too. Fresh, properly flavorful, and there's enough variety that I never get bored of it. You can tell the kitchen takes it seriously. The thing that keeps me coming back, though, is that they remember you. Your preferences, how you like things, checking in before you even have to ask, and that kind of attention is rare and it makes a difference. And the chai. Real, proper chai every morning and evening. Small thing, but I look forward to it and always delivered with a smile.  If you want somewhere comfortable that treats you like a regular instead of a room number, this is it. Easy recommendation.

Had a great time visiting the Momo Cafe. Anas and Shanmugam were great hosts to us. Food was spectacular and real compliments to the chefs for preparing such a feast. Buffet spread was huge and live counter items were equally great (my fav was the red sauce pasta). Desserts section stole the limelight with its variety and indulging taste. Overall me and all entire team had a great time here. And thanks to the entire Momo Cafe team for hosting us.
